Enough is enough...

We have heard one sentence time and time again, 'if businesses can not survive a 7 day lock down then that is their fault...' let me be clear, this is not a free market.

Before you say 'but it is only 7 days..' the effect of every restriction and lockdown last long after they have been loosened. Think of every event you have wanted to organise or have had to cancel, this isn't just money, it is livelihood, jobs, families and people/businesses life long dream that has turned into a nightmare.

As a business we opened our café in January 2020 and we have managed to survive every lockdown and restriction to keep the doors open but for how much longer? I think this lockdown has hit different as like so many people and businesses we finally saw the light at end of the tunnel, finally catching up on invoices, paying deferred rent, retaining staff, and feeling confident we could get through this. Having hope again...

We don't want hand outs, we just want to get on with our lives, support our families and run our businesses.

Here we go guys and girls, please remember that buying from Coles and Woolworths makes no difference to them but clearing out the shelves at your local keeps them going! We will have meals ready to go from Monday, due to time constraints it will be pick up only for now.
