It has been a tough decision, but one that I knew I would be making at some point.

I have love, Loved, LOVED this amazing industry in the magical world of weddings. Being a marriage celebrant has been such a rewarding experience. I have met so many beautiful couples, seen love expressed so intimately and uniquely, and I have made so many cherished connections with other wedding vendors from our region and beyond.

Apart from my celebrant badge, I also wear a teacher's hat, and the time has come, now that my 3 beautiful children are not so little anymore, that I return full time to teaching. This means that weekend time becomes that bit more precious, and I'd like to spend time with my babes and make moments that matter of our own.

A million thank-yous to all of the couples who have trusted me to tell their love story. Since 2018 until now, I have had the amazing honour of marrying 80 couples, and whilst the first half of 2024 wedding season will see me marry another 12, I'm incredibly blessed by the support of family and friends who help out when I am trying to juggle all the hats and badges and chaos that life throws one's way.

So, for now, I'm going to take a big breath and power on through a very busy 6 months before Moments that Matter slows down to a trickle. You may well see me pop up every now and then with a wedding in 2025 and beyond, but for now, my bookings will be closed until I determine how Cray Cray the roller-coaster will be.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. My name is Rebecca Kilpatrick and I am an authorised marriage celebrant based in Mildura, servicing surrounding towns in the Sunraysia area including Robinvale, Euston and Wentworth.

My story looks a little something like this...

Where would we be without love in our lives!? I’m blessed to have one pretty amazing husband and two beautiful little girls that simply light up my life.

I’m currently a part time teacher in our lovely town of Mildura and also get to enjoy spending time at home with my girls - watching them grow (and let’s not kid ourselves here - make a mess).
