Hassle Free Delivery& Set up

We will deliver, assemble and style your chosen Teepees, beautifully decorated with bedding, bunting, cushions, fairy lights and rugs before your guests arrive on the day of your sleepover. Then when you’ve finished, we will come back the next day to pack it all up, leaving you with only happy memories!

Package Inclusions

Each teepee comes with a comfortable foam mattress, a cosy blanket, a fitted sheet, towel breakfast tray, lights and individualized styling to create that indoor glamping experience

Guests will need to bring their own pillows, for hygiene reasons

Can you host the party?

We don’t stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it.

Your booking will be confirmed via phone, social media and email. Once the agreed terms and conditions are accepted

How much space do I need?

Approx. 1.8mt long x 1.2 mt wide per Teepee. Please keep in mind that we like to place breakfast tray at the front of the Teepee. The tents can be arranged in many configurations to fit into most spaces. Please clear your space prior to our arrival

​How long is the hire period?

The hire period is typically overnight with collection the following day. Contact us to discuss further.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Our delivery, set up, pack down and collection fee is included in the package price for customers living within 20 kms of Saratoga. Delivery outside of our set suburbs will incur an additional delivery fee. Please enquire directly with us for a quote.

Do you offer custom parties and set ups?

Contact us to discuss plans or requirements tailored to suite your kid’s party.

This takes 60 minutes for us to setup and 25 minutes to remove.

Do I need to wash the linen before it is collected?

No, we wash all the bedding using hypoallergenic laundry detergent that leaves all bedding fresh and soft for the next party people!

Safety

Our structures are safe, with sturdy materials, and the LED fairy lights have been carefully selected to avoid any hazards to the children. We use Battery Lanterns

Hygiene

All our material is thoroughly washed and sanitized after each party. Our team supervises the entrance and exit of each piece, ensuring that they will always be clean and scented, ready for the next party.

Description

5m Diameter 100% Breathable Cotton Canvas Bell Tent

Specifications:

Heavy duty 100% breathable cotton canvas (360gsm)

Heavy duty PVC ground sheet attached to the tent with a zipper. Groundsheet (bucket style) PVC weighs 650 g/m² (i.e. 1.5 lbs/ 10 ft²). (Zip off ground sheet enables the ground sheet to be unzipped and sides rolled up during the day. The zip facilitates the re-attachment of the ground sheet and has a protective cover which ensure rain water will not enter between the ground sheet and the tent. This is much harder to achieve with a separate ground sheet).

Double stitching and reinforced key points. Mesh in door, windows and vents. A-frame covered Entrance (170cm/5.58ft high) this creates a porch to stop the rain from coming in. Without this feature the tent is harder to access and more likely to leak along the entrance flap.

Zipped front & back door for fast access. The corners of the doors have a flap for cable access

Our tents are European tested to BS5852 standards. This is the ‘cigarette test’, which shows that the tent will not ignite when burnt by the likes of a cigarette.

Canvas treated to be water and mould resistant using biodegradable products.

4 windows complete with integrated mosquito nets.
