This father & son team believe in using freshly-sourced ingredients to produce the best Mediterranean food they can. Our passion for Mediterranean food has been crafted from our Greek heritage and from our travels throughout the Europe. We take pride and passion in each and every one of our dishes and we're delighted to share them with you and your guests at any event.

Here’s the menu!

Neapolitan-Style Pizza - 48-hour fermented sourdough
1. Margherita - San Marzano tomato, Fior di Latte & Basil
2. Sopressa Salami, mushroom, Mozzarella, Chilli honey
3. Spit-roast lamb, capsicum, olives, mozzarella & oregano
4. Kids - Ham, Mozzarella & Pineapple (optional)

Dessert

Tirokafteri, is a spicy, creamy, tangy, and super bold mezze from northern Greece. This spicy feta dip takes only minutes to prepare and can also be used as a sauce for grilled chicken.

Ingredients

300g Feta Cheese & extra for garnish

1 x Fresh red Chili pepper (keep seeds in for spicier dip)

2 x Roasted red peppers in a jar

1 x Garlic Clove

2 x Tbsp. of Olive oil

1 x Tbsp. of Red wine vinegar

Method

Add the Feta to a Food Processor and pulse to break down into fine or small pieces.

Add chilli, drained roasted red peppers, garlic clove, olive oil & red wine vinegar and run the food processor on high until dip is combined and smooth.

TIP: I don’t like mine to be too smooth so if you like a chunkier dip keep the processing quick.

Transfer to a low plate or bowl and add your garnishes, crumbled feta, slices of roasted red pepper, and a good drizzle of olive oil.

Serve with Pita, fresh or toasted.

TIP: If keeping in the fridge (can be kept for up to 3 days) make sure to bring it out an hour before serving as the feta in the fridge can make it cheese like again and quite hard to spread.

Tzatziki is a creamy cucumber & yoghurt dip (or sauce) made from simple ingredients that can be whipped up in no time!
Traditionally it is made from sheep or goats milk yoghurt, but most people these days use full fat cows milk Greek-Style yoghurt.

INGREDIENTS
3 cups plain greek yoghurt
1 cucumber, grated
3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1⁄4 tsp salt
3-4 tbs olive oil
3 tbs dill, finely chopped (optional)
Juice of 1/2 lemon

METHOD
Line a strainer with cheese cloth or a double-thickness of paper towels and spoon the yoghurt into it. Let drain over a bowl in the refrigerator for about 6 hours.
Meanwhile, grate the cucumber onto a plate, add the chopped garlic and sprinkle over salt. Leave for 45 minutes and then squeeze the excess liquid from the cucumber and garlic. Transfer the strained yoghurt from the strainer to a bowl. Stir in the cucumber, garlic, salt, lemon juice, dill (optional) and oil
Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve in small bowls sprinkle with chopped dill and olive oil to garnish.

OPA! It’s more than just a word.

“OPA!” Is a call to action and a sign of belonging in the Greek culture. It doesn’t matter what country you are from or what native language you speak, when you hear “OPA!” You instinctively know what it means and you know what you must do - it’s time to join in and dance with the rest of your Greek family. OPA!🇬🇷

The word can be traced back to both the Iliad and The Odyssey, which were written some three thousand years ago!
From ancient times to the present day, the meaning of the word can be viewed as two sides of the same coin, much like the Chinese concept of Yin and Yang:
• One side, O∏A (Omicron), refers to the uplifting, enthusiastic expression that is often heard during some kind of celebration; a manifestation of “kefi” or spirit. (The word “Enthusiasm” is from the Greek words “en” [in] and “theos” [God], essentially meaning “manifesting the spirit within”)
• The other side, Ω∏A (Omega), refers to the human need to remain awake or aware and be on the lookout for any possible dangers, as well as opportunities, in one’s life path.

Just like normal meatballs but with a deliciously fresh Greek twist, this dish can be anything from a light meal to the main course but also a star of the mezze platter.

INGREDIENTS
2 medium onions, chopped
700g beef mince
3⁄4 cup filtered water
5 slices of continental bread, moistened
parsley, chopped
mint, chopped
1 egg
1 clove of garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste

METHOD
It’s super simple! Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Shape into small balls, or large flat cakes. Roll each ball in plain flour to coat and shallow fry in olive oil until browned and cooked through (approx 3-4 minutes depending on their size.). Serve with Greek salad, of course!

*Alternatively, you can prepare the meat mixture as above. Shape into large flat cakes, and arrange in baking dish. Add cups of crushed tomatoes, or dilute 1 cup tomato paste with 1 cup water. Pour over meatballs; Top with a few k***s of salted butter and bake at 180c for 45 minutes, turning for even colour.
