I just made a variety of beef ragù today
They are:

A scrumptious 4 hour slow cooked Beef Ragù
Made with simple ingredients
EVOO il soffritto (diced celery, onion and carrots), ground beef mince slow-cooked in a flavoursome red sauce.

Available vegetarian Ragù made with lentils.
Lentils I cooked in water with celery, onion and carrots I added a pinch of salt and cooked until the lentils were tender, I then prepared sugo with soffritto and evvo, added peeled tomatoes, and added the lentils that I drained previously this vegetarian sugo is a masterpiece that takes it to the next level

Sugo (pasta sauce) loaded with tiny meatballs This recipe originated in my hometown of Abruzzo to make it to the next level, I added peas as well

All ragù are 800g to 850g in 1000ml microwaveable containers
Perfect for teaming up with your favourite pasta.
