Another beautiful and loyal review from one of my loyal customers since I moved to Hope Island.

Review: I take into consideration with my appreciation from my customers; my reviews speak for my scrumptious traditional authentic Italian meals from the old Italian school, from Abruzzo down to Apulia, Campania, through Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia. All meals are freshly hand-made one by one from scratch, with no preservatives or artificial colours.

When you buy fresh lasagna sheets from the supermarket, they contain preservatives. Not what I use for my cooking; that's why my meals are made to the next level.

Fresh packet of lasagna sheets:
Lactic acid: a food acid used as a preservative and to enhance the dough's elasticity.

Mine gains elasticity by resting it for 30 minutes.
