Things have been quiet at The Sprig for the last few months..... but the extra family time has been a true blessing. What better way to get back into the swing of things for the first event post COVID restrictions being our Grandmas 80th Birthday High Tea. With the help of my little Sis the table looked magical.....and the food was pretty yummy too!

Things have been a little quiet on the catering front at The Sprig of late! I took the last two months off to ensure this little beauty was baked to perfection! Reggie Leigh was born 3rd October and she can’t wait to start helping Mummy in the kitchen! I will be back in full swing in the coming weeks and already have some great jobs lined up to kick back off! .....prepare for baby spam 🥰😍

Had a very busy but fun day yesterday with a beautiful wedding collaboration set up in Palm Beach with some very talented ladies! Joint efforts by Aisle of Eden , The Fox and the Burrow and myself @ The Sprig. It was a truly magical set up! ...... Girl Power!!

I had the absolute pleasure of catering for a lovely ladies party she put on for her husbands birthday on the weekend. A Grazing Table full of goodness and Canapés with Tray Service throughout the evening. I look forward to catering for this family again in a few weeks for a very different special event! Started 2019 off with a wonderful grazing table set up for a Baby Shower yesterday.....another happy customer. If anyone has any catering needs, however big or small, please contact me for a quote. Christmas Salads Now Available @ The Sprig!!! Take some stress out of your Christmas get together and order some yummy salads sure to please your loved ones!! Pick up December 24th before 12noon (Christmas Eve). Or earlier if you need before hand.

Prices and options as below:

All Salads are large and would be enough for a side dish for 12-15 people.

Gourmet Potato Salad - with Bacon, Chives & Dijon Mustard - $70
Brown Rice Salad - with Currants, Cashews & Capsicum - $60
Fettuccini Salad - with Roast Pumpkin, Fetta, Pine Nuts & Pesto. $80
Gourmet Garden Salad - with Crispy Noddles & Snow Pea Sprouts. $60
