Australia 🇦🇺 day is coming and what could be more aussie then getting a bunch of people together and having a cook up. We can help with the whole process. You can hire a spit to cook up a whole lamb or pig.
Or we can cook the meat for you,slice it up in trays ready for you to reheat.
We can take care of the salads by having them bagged up with the dressing,and all you do is cut it open and pop it into a bowl. We can do the roast vegetables and even potato bake if you like.
We can do all your sides as well like gravy,bread rolls. Even the crackling to go with your pork.

Have you got your work Christmas party sorted? Why not do something different and have a spit roast lunch or dinner. You can hire our spits to cook the meat up yourself or we could cook it all up for you. We will then slice it up and put it in trays,and all you do is reheat it. Christmas is fast approaching and are you hosting the family this year? Looking for something easy to serve up or want to do something different? We can help you have a easy Christmas day. You could hire one of our commercial grade spits and cook up a feast yourself. We can supply you charcoal and meat or you could hire our gas spits which comes with a gas bottle.
We also offer our reheat service where we cook and slice the meat, put into foil trays and all you do is reheat. We can do salads with dressings,roast vegetables,bread rolls and we can also supply cutlery,plates and napkins. Its easy and simple. With these gorgeous days we have been having,what would be better then being outside with a few friends cooking up a spit roast. You can hire 1 of our spits which come in a few sizes and you can choose between charcoal or gas. We can provide you the charcoal and a chimney to start it with. Our gas spits come with a gas bottle. We also can help with whatever meat you want to cook up with.

Hi to all of our followers on our facebook and instagram page. We have had a name change today from Noosa & Brisbane Spit Hire, to now just Brisbane Spit Hire.

Please note, anyone that currently has bookings with us are still confirmed and approved. We have just been preparing for this transition for a while now with concentrating on our Brisbane side of things.

We started this business off in Noosa as we had family there, and my wife and I are Brisbane based so we ran this side down here. Things in the background with our ASV business and growth is taking all if not most of our time. Hence why our time is limited in being able to do deliveries up and down the coast. Let alone the massive issues with logistically moving up and down the Bruce in a timely manner. We all know those issues hey!
We have scaled down the onsite catering side, to be only spit hire with all options for equipment, meat, charcoal.
For onsite catering we unfortunately don't have the time, nor the people to entrust to do it the way we run our events without us there.

We are based in South Brisbane in Victoria Point as some of you already know. However, we are currently building a brand new production facility in the Redlands Business Park. This will allow us to have some spits there for people to come and pick up and drop off also. Having a large commercial facility will assist in our growth of the spit hire side, as there are really limited options out there with good equipment. Hence why we will continue to keep our hire business going.
So you will see some changes happening through the socials and our website just got a big do-over this morning that I was working on.
Noosa Spit Hire was our baby more than 12 years ago we started this family business. We are now onto a few little 'next exciting step' and our Spit Hire option is still there, but just a little closer to our home in Brisbane to operate out of.

Not only do we provide the best quality spits for you to hire, but we do catering as well. For the budget conscious we offer a great package where we do all the preparation for you and all you do is reheat and serve.
We cook the meat off site and put in foil trays all sliced and ready to reheat. We can do salads that are all vaccum sealed,so all you do is pop into a bowl and add the dressing we provide. We can have all your plates,cutlery,sauces,bread and butter provided as well. And don't forget the gravy.
