Bathurst Party & Events Hire & Party Shop has joined High Valley Mudgee Cheese Co to bring all your feta and cheeses to the area.

Pop on down grab yourself some delicious cheese say hello to our friendly staff.

Four different marinated fettas from soft, lactic curd cow's milk fetta. Teamed with great Cudgegong Valley Extra Virgin Olive Oil our marinated fettas can stand alone on a cracker or toasted Ciabatta or they make a great pasta sauce or pizza topping.
Pesto Fetta
Made with fresh basil leaves great tossed through pasta with a few pine nuts or roasted pumpkin or great with just a spoon.
Olive Fetta
Made with Kalamata olive paste try topping a caramalised onion tart with some olive fetta and an anchovy or ten.
Chilli Fetta
Made with red chilli paste providing a subtle warmth. Try with pasta or some pan fried prawns.
Tomato Fetta
Made with semi and sundried tomatoes, slightly more acidic in flavour and teams really well with a salad or scrambled eggs.

Our Brie is made to develop a full flavour profile without the addition of any cream . The rich cows milk nurtures a soft white rind which provides the flavour that the French cheesemakers prize , truly a cheese made with passion.
ROUGE

Our washed rind cheese is washed with a culture which gives a flavour which is liked by all who desire something different. We endeavour to provide a subtle expression of this great style.
CAERPHILLY

Many of the cheese styles originating in Britain are variations of Cheddar. Caerphilly has a white rind which gives the cheese an earthy, mushroomy flavour which allows it to be matched and used in many ways. Will grate or melt when cooked.
STEFAN BLUE

A mild creamy blue, introductory flavour but still strong enough to be enjoyed by the purist. Compulsive eating when ripe enough to enjoy with a spoon.
