✨ What an incredible 3-day event in Hobart! ✨

We kicked off the festivities with a ‘Taste of Tasmania’ themed welcome function at Brooke Street Pier for our 240 attendees, all while enjoying the smooth sounds played by Billy Whitton, the talented musician. 🎶 The next day featured an engaging business session at the fabulous Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart, where our attendees were staying, followed by a wine dinner at Glen Albyn Estate with the singing sommeliers entertaining the room.

The event highlight was the Gala Dinner held at Princes Wharf 1 where we transformed the historic 1830’s warehouse into the glamorous Clover Club theme venue, featuring mouth-watering cuisine by Rhubarb Catering and stunning styling by This Space and Soda Projects. Entertainment by Furnace And The Fundamentals had everyone up and dancing! 💃🕺

Attendees also enjoyed a day of optional activities, including a Bruny Island cruise, a visit to the Port Arthur Historic Site, tours of Lark Distillery and Cascade Brewery, or a day of golf at the Tasmania Golf Club.

Our recent event held at the stunning Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas was truly magical and filled with fun! ✨ Over three days, close to 170 attendees immersed themselves in inspiring workshops, networking, and trade show exhibits.

The event kicked off with a delightful sunset poolside welcome reception, where guests enjoyed the tunes played by a talented female acoustic guitarist. Laughter filled the air during the casual dinner on the second night, complete with engaging trivia.

A highlight of the event was the 30th-anniversary dinner hosted at Flames of the Forest, a unique rainforest event space. The evening featured a mesmerising fire show and a live band that had everyone on the dance floor 🕺💃.

To top it off, guests enjoyed post-event tours of Mosman Gorge and the enchanting Daintree Rainforest 🌿.

🌟 It was fantastic to have the Cornerstone team come together last week in Manly for a couple of days filled with valuable insights, productive planning sessions, and lots of team bonding. Since we usually work remotely, it’s always refreshing when we can meet face to face and strengthen our connection as a team. 🫶🏼

We are very grateful to Manly Pacific Sydney, MGallery Collection for their generosity in hosting us for our meeting. Such a beautiful hotel in a stunning location! A special thanks to Elliott Miller from Accor Group for treating us to a delicious dinner at Bistro Manly located inside the Hotel. Another successful Australian Cyber Conference hosted by The Australian Information Security Association AISA National and organised by the Cornerstone events team. ✨ Held at The National Convention Centre Canberra, the event brought together some of the greatest minds in cyber to provide business leaders with insights and best practices taught by the industry’s top experts.

Over 3 exciting days, attendees immersed themselves in captivating keynotes, cutting-edge thought leadership, engaging panel sessions, and live demonstrations. The interactive format of the conference, including engaging think tanks, enlightening plenary sessions, and networking opportunities with seasoned practitioners, fostered meaningful connections and collaborations among participants.

One of the highlights of the conference was the elegant Gala Dinner held at Parliament House, where attendees enjoyed a lavish 3-course meal accompanied by the delightful sounds of a live jazz band. 🎶

It was inspiring to witness amongst the 1200 attendees, the collective dedication to enhancing cybersecurity resilience across industries and sectors.

One of the standout features that warmed our hearts was the presence of an ALL GENDER toilet 💖. It's such a joy to see venues like this embracing inclusivity and making everyone feel welcome.

👥 Reports to: Operations Manager

In this role, you'll enjoy a flexible work environment, including remote options when not onsite delivering events. You may have experience in hotel/venue management or event agency roles, and a familiarity with EventsAir software. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Event Manager in-house or PCO/Agency and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.

Strong time management skills are essential, along with excellent presentation and communication skills, a keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering a high level of customer service. We value a positive, self-motivated attitude and a collaborative spirit within our team.

🎉 Exciting night out at the grand opening of the stunning new W Sydney in Darling Harbour! A few lucky members from the Cornerstone team got to indulge in an evening filled with mouthwatering canapés, a lavish seafood buffet and a spectacular dessert installation! 🍤🍰 The champagne was flowing freely, along with some amazing cocktails! A fabulous time was had at EOS Hotel in Adelaide recently! 🌟 Our attendees were absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by the EOS team. From the beautifully appointed rooms to the outstanding concierge and reception staff, every detail was just perfect.

Breakfast at ITL was a definite hit every morning 🍳 But guests still managed to find room for the irresistible pastry delights on the conference floor 🥐

The stunning Sol Rooftop bar provided the perfect setting for the after party, with delicious margaritas and espresso martinis flowing. Already counting down the days until our next event at EOS in October! ✨

✨ Reflecting on an incredible event we held for a client recently at the stunning W Hotel in Brisbane! 🏨

From the grand welcome at The Lex, the hotels onsite restaurant with magnificent city and Brisbane River views, to the sophisticated Great Room, one of the hotels many outstanding conference spaces, the W hotel provided the perfect setting for the over 200 guests in attendance.

Attendees were also treated to sweeping 360° panoramic views of Brisbane city at the luxurious Iris Rooftop, nestled in Hotel X. Here, they indulged in a Spanish-inspired dinner, while being serenaded by the vibrant sounds from a flamenco guitarist 🎶

Adding to the excitement, guests attended a Gala Dinner held at the heritage listed Howard Smith Wharves Rivershed, situated right on the Brisbane Riverfront. With magical views of the Story Bridge and the city’s twinkling lights, it was truly a magical evening! ✨
