When Premier Team Building was founded, the goal was simple. Do team building right.

When our founder, Pip Scott-Allen Official, moved to Australia, he already had a decade of Team Building and Leadership experience from his Career in Canada. It became clear to Pip that many "team building" offers were amazing fun BONDING events. But they weren't TEAM BUILDING training programs.
