A massive thank you to the Northbridge and Willoughby community for using your voices to bring the return of Gs Jaffles at Bellambi Square, Northbridge.

As an appreciation for the ongoing support in my local community, all jaffles on the menu will be $10 for this weekend!

To my Northbridge community, I’m sad and disappointed to announce to you that I will no longer be trading at Bellambi Square, Northbridge. Unfortunately council have now decided to implement a fee that is too high for us to keep going and although we knew a fee was in the talks, we definitely weren’t expecting a $600 daily fee to trade occurring.

Bellambi Square was created as a community space for small local businesses to use. Being a Northbridge local for 30 years, I took that opportunity and brought my food truck to the space and sold my jaffles to the community. The square was a great way to introduce my first year as a food truck caterer and the support I received meant everything.

Northbridge will always be home to me and I say thank you to everyone who supported me even if that meant coming to the truck and having a chat with me, I thank you.

I won’t be far away so come and find me if you still need your jaffle fix!
