It's time to say good-bye. Today our awesome van is on its way to Roma with her new owners.

We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us over the last 5 years. We have had an absolute blast feeding you all :)

A special mention to the team at PUFT Events Townsville for welcoming us into your foodie family and having us at so many of your events and finally a very very special thanks to my dear friend Dan at NQ Event Solutions, who has helped and supported us whenever we have needed anything, it's been so greatly appreciated! We will miss you all.

Hi all, sorry for the lengthy absence. We know your missing our doughnuts but Unfortunately we will not be at the Yungaburra Markets this Saturday as I'm nursing a shoulder injury.

What a night, Saturday found us catering for a 40th birthday party. Canapés for 70 and we had an absolute blast.

Pictured here is our Cheeseburger bites - a brisket and cheese ball with Kansas style bbq sauce, Carolina mustard and finished with bacon and a pickle! All handmade in house by us, no shop bought sauces here :)

On top of our standard menus we can also customise something just for you! These spaghetti and garlic bread cobs were served for a school disco and went down a treat!

Individual cobs lined with garlic butter, filled with housemade spaghetti bolognaise and topped with melted cheese and parsley! Perfect for a cool winters night. Warm, comforting and delicious.

What a wonderful evening catering for the wedding of Marg and Simon last night in Mareeba. It's always such a lovely feeling being part of such a special day.

We served up Sample boxes filled with mini burgers, arancini, loaded baked potatoes fresh corn on the cob, and finished the evening with doughnuts!!

All good things must come to end and last night we finished our last event for Townsville for 2022. We are hitting the road today to our new home in the beautiful Atherton Tablelands. We plan on popping up from time to time next year so keep following along.

We'd like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you who has supported us over the past 5 years. Some of you have become like family and we will miss you dearly.

So for now we must bid you all adieu , but we will see you again soon.
