New Year or puthandu is the first day of the year in Tamil calendar and auspiciously marks the first day of the chithirai (Tamil calendar equivalent of January)

This is a special festival which brings loads of childhood memories of yummy delicious and healthy food prepared for just this day. Feast prepared on this day contains sweet , sour, and even bitter dishes like vepampoo pachadi, which in turn conveys the message that life is also like the feast. Sometimes it's sweet, and at times, it bitter.. but there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

I wish you all a very happy puthandu . May this year bring u all happiness and good moments for you and your loved ones..

Here are some 5 Quick tips for a colourful holi party !!!

1. Add some colourful paper buntings.. DIY or a readymade rainbow bunting from KMART will make ur space colourful.
2. For a quick photo backdrop, use bright coloured party streamers and attach it to the wall using painters tape. Add some additional props like Happy Holi banner to add up more jazz.
3. Light up your space with tea light candles or add clay diyas for rustic effect.

What an eventful week it was😌

NOT REALLY.. u can do the same design again and again with little variations..that's the creativity taking over your boredom..similar to kid playing with his Lego but coming up with different structures each time..Creativity has no limit..
