JUNIOR VOCAL CONVENER
Eisteddfod by the Bay was formerly the Mordialloc Eisteddfod and this is the 68th year. We have offered an annual eisteddfod every year consisting of five sections Speech and Drama, Choral Festival, Junior Vocal, Senior Vocal and Pianoforte. The Mordialloc Eisteddfod also ran a huge Dance section for many years.
Junior Vocal is a vital section for young singers offering experience and performance opportunity. The section has sixteen sub sections for ages 8 years and under to eighteen years, ranging from classical, musical production and duo/trio. Adjudicators are experienced and qualified and the adjudicator for 2023 is Margaret Dalglish.
We are very enthusiastic and keen to keep this section and desperately hope that you will support us in finding a person/ people to run the section.
It would be with be with deep regret that we would have to cancel Junior Vocal, but sadly with no convener/s we will have no other option.
