❄️BRIGALOW WINTER WONDERLAND DANCE ❄️

Oh what a night!!! You could feel the good vibes the moment you stepped into Brigalow Public Hall. It was such a fun evening and the entertainment provided by Radio Club Band - Brisbane was fantastic! The New Committee put in many hours to transform the Hall and it certainly showed, thank you all for your efforts. A huge thank you to Western Downs Civil and WoodAg for sponsoring this event, and thank you to all the local businesses who contributed. It really was a pleasure to be a part of this special event and be fortunate enough to attend and see the old hall come alive.

Thanks to a very generous donation from the Brigalow Recreation Grounds, ticket prices have been drastically reduced - Adult Ticket now $25 was $40! ROMA WEDDING

One month ago today, I was in Roma delivering a bright and colourful wedding for Grace & Joel. The bride's Mother Shelly was the driving force behind the planning who called and invited me to assist her. I was so honoured to be a part of this special day, their families were very welcoming and an absolute pleasure to work with. This video by the super talented Melody Carroll beautifully captures the hire, styling and florals by yours truly ~ Tamara

For those wondering... I created the large urn arrangements from faux flowers, as Grace and her Mother wanted one each to display in their homes after the wedding. I used Fresh Flowers for the Reception, which were later gifted by the families.

BABY SHOWER

Here are a few happy snaps from a recent Baby Shower we designed and delivered at Chinchilla Historical Museum. Despite strong winds making setup a challenge, the end result was a sweet 'Pretty in Pink' casual outdoor dining setting for a beautiful couple and their family and friends.

We had such a great response to the launch of our Mesh Arch backdrop, we decided to purchase another! Introducing our new Mesh Round backdrop. Just add florals, or balloons (or both!) and a Custom Sign and you've got the perfect backdrop for your next event. We are proud to say our Custom Signs are made locally.

CONGRATULATIONS Mr & Mrs Spencer!

We are very excited to finally share with you a photo from our first wedding of 2024. On the 1st March, surrounded by family and friends, Angie & Jason were married under the Grand Fig Tree at the iconic Jimbour House. Their relaxed, cocktail-style reception was later held in Jimbour's signature aircraft Hangar. We were anxious to deliver our first ever bar height Bridal Table, but were absolutely thrilled with the end result! Angie was an absolute pleasure to work with and we wish her and her new husband all the very best for their future together.

ENGAGEMENT PARTY
On Saturday, we had the pleasure of styling Ned & Olivia's Engagement Party in the Wattle Room, at the Chinchilla Cultural Centre. We supplied the Wine Barrels, Timber Trestle Table, Table Linen, Decor and Eucalyptus arrangements. The tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and glassware are all included in the hire of the venue.

40TH BIRTHDAY PARTY
Back in February we had a busy month of birthday parties. The first was a 40th for a local farmer, held on-farm in his machinery shed. Despite being unsure about our request, we're so glad he agreed to 'park' his red tractor in the shed, now that's what we call BIG IMPACT DECOR! You can't see from these photos, but the ceiling of the shed was lit up with our festoon lighting, which we're told looked amazing all the way from their roadside entrance.

One of our last events for 2023 was this ridiculously cute, 'Winnie the Pooh' themed Baby Shower. If you look closely, you will see Winnie and his friends 'hanging out' at this intimate gathering in our Hundred Acre Wood setting.

PERSONAL POST

On Friday, my brother was tragically killed in a Highway collision. At this time, my grief is stronger than my will and I’m unable to focus on anything other than my parents welfare and laying him to rest. I need to step away from my business for awhile. Anyone who truly knows me, understands the level of commitment I give to my clients and will realise how difficult this decision was. Please allow me this time to grieve and I promise I’ll get back to business as soon as I’m able ~ Tamara
