I'm Rebecca Cossgrove and Rosie Lee High Tea has been a dream of mine for many years now and is finally a reality. I'm a qualified chef and have worked at various fine dining restaurants in Newcastle and Port Stephens. It didn't take me long to realise that desserts were my passion. With the idea of starting a high tea business in mind I finished working as a chef and set out to explore other crea

tive outlets, becoming a florist. This too was very fulfilling and I enjoyed every minute of it. I left floristry to have a family and now a few years down the track here I am. I have combined my love of food, flowers and tea to create Rosie Lee High Tea. The name comes from an old English term of 'rosie lee' meaning a cup of tea. All the food is of the highest quality and ingredients that is prepared and cooked solely by me.
