We’ve had a blast supporting our amazing clients at @DarlingHarbour from initial concept and creative, through to delivery and management for #WinterFestival
The event saw;
👬 130,000 + visitors in attendance.
🎶 A cool mix of over 20 live acts from across Australia.
🍜 5 food trucks and 15 pop-up custom wooden cabin-style food stalls - keeping the crowds full and warm.
💡 1,000 plus Metres of festoon and hundreds of light globes.
❄️ 1,000 Litres of snow produced.
🍺 2 x outdoor bars.
⛄ 5 x VIP igloo experience.
🔥 5 x open fire pits.
🎪 Roaming entertainment.
😃 10,000s of happy faces.
🎇 Ending with a bang of Fireworks.
All brought to life within 3-4 weeks!

Our Managing Director Mr Kim Voss was honoured to be invited by Mrs Louise Martin, President of The Commonwealth Games Federation to be a part of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Victory Ceremonies, presenting medals and gifts in the Individual Clubs routine in Gymnastics, during #GC2018.
The once-in-a-lifetime opportunity was not lost on Kim who said “if it was that exciting for me to present, I can’t imagine how exciting it was for the victorious athletes!”.
Kim represented the team at Sold Out with great pride.
