Which is the most important requirement when choosing where you would like us to set up?
We need to be out of the wind. When you process your booking with us we will remark several times that this is the most important requirement as we cook with open flame.
If you are planning a celebration, let us take care of the food side of the event.

Where are you originally from?
I’m from Colombia.

How long have you been in Australia?
One year and three months.

What do you do when you are not cooking paella?
I study, learn new things, and take care of children.

What do you do for fun?
I love traveling, meeting new people, and dancing.

Something interesting about yourself?
I enjoy almost all music genres and absolutely love Italian food!
