We cook Paella from scratch at every event. This is so that the freshest Paella is served at your event and your guests can see the whole process, which many enjoy.

This is how every Seafood Paella starts.

It depends on the number of guests.
For 30-40 people, you can choose up to 2 types of Paella
for 50+ people, you can choose up to 3 types of Paella

You can also choose the ratio. For 30 people for example, you can choose 20 x Seafood, 10 x Vegan. For 100 people a popular ratio is 50 x Chicken Chorizo, 40 x Seafood, 10 x Vegan.

So our Paella is the perfect option for any event as we can cater for all your allergy free and Gluten Free guests with the same dish.

It is always a good idea to have a Plan B for the cooking area when planning a winter event.

As we need to cook outdoors or in a well ventilated area, it is a good idea to think about where to place us at your event. We can cook under a patio, under a carport or you can erect a gazebo. If all else fails we can cook in a garage with the roller door open.

Thing to consider:
-If using a gazebo please ensure that it is at least 3m x 3m and has 2 sides in case the rain is not coming straight down. This will also block the wind.
-Consider how the guests will get to us. They need to be able to come to us to be served without getting soaked.
-We ask for 3m x 3m of space to cook. The pans are hot so it should not be where guests need to walk through or where children are running around.

Please chat to us if you are unsure of the space you have. We can talk you through it, you can send pictures and if necessary we can come and check out the space to advise.

~Where are you originally from?
I'm from Venezuela, where I lived on Margarita Island, a stunning Caribbean destination.

~How long have you been in Australia?
I've been in Australia for just 8 months.

~What do you do when you are not cooking paella?
When I'm not cooking paella, I'm completing my Diploma of ICT. I plan to continue updating my skills and eventually pursue a Bachelor's degree.

~What do you do for fun?
For fun, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies, or having my husband cook a special meal for us.

~Something interesting about yourself?
I have a talent for drawing, although I admit I'm not great at colouring.

A few weeks ago we catered a wedding. Surprise surprise, 2 of the guests were Paella Style chefs (do you recognise Facundo on the right?) and the photographer worked as a chef for us a few years ago too. It was like a mini reunion.
