At Bowen show today!!We've paused the Paella since mid May for a couple of months while we take our Outback Baked Potatoes van on the road from Central QLD up to the north doing awesome rodeos and country carnivals. It's been alot of fun and we've seen some beautiful country!
Off to Ayr show tomorrow, then onto Townsville and ingham show before heading into Mareeba Rodeo with potatoes and we also hit Kuranda Roots Festival with the Paella stall again!!

Come along to this fun event tonight in Atherton, pre St Patrick’s Day live music, bar and we’ll be serving our fabulous loaded baked potatoes and loaded fries for the first time on the Tablelands. You’ll find us on Grainger St and you can buy food whether you’re attending the event or not.

Come along to our St Pat's Day 'pre' celebration tomorrow evening, Sat 16th March.
The ever popular Whiskey Boat will be playing some Irish Folk songs, bush dance and original music.
Wind & Wood, a very popular duo playing a mix of covers and their originals.
In keeping with the Irish theme, 'Outback Baked Potatoes' van will be there to fill the hunger spot..
And I'm sure there will be some raffles too ;)

I'm blown away by the gratitude of Daniel James Cairns and Holloways Hub Volunteer Donation Crew Holloways Beach Pelican Post Group. You all are the superheros in this story not us. I didn't post anything when we were cooking hundreds of meals and donating them to our communities here and up north in Wujal Wujal Aboriginal Shire Council but today I'm posting this because their gratitude is what needs to be celebrated and known.. not our efforts.
I always tell people that there are more good people than bad on this earth and I see this every week due to the extensive cross section of humans we meet on our travels through cooking paella for tens of thousands of people from all walks of life every year! The bad ones just stand out. So here now we celebrate these beautiful souls that with open hearts presented us with this yesterday. Wow a very official looking award to receive. You've blown me away

For $2 pp per ride, the Festival Shuttle Bus service will pick up and drop off throughout the Festival in a loop route from the 1770 Camping Ground out as far as The Summit 1770 - Dog Friendly Accommodation.
