I specialise in bespoke or personalised weddings and there’s nothing more I love doing than to sit with a couple to listen to the journey that brought our lives together.
I’m confident with public speaking and I really love being creative, having successfully turned my hand at many things over the years from art and graphic design, tourism, public information and communications in the emergency sector, and now owning and running my own celebrancy business.
Passion
Love makes the world a brighter place. It’s my passion to be a part of the celebration of true love.
There are no words to express how happy I am that Australia has finally accepted that love is love, and that who you love doesn’t mean you can’t marry.
I love that I finally have the opportunity to marry same s*x couples. Love is love and should be celebrated at every opportunity!
Inclusiveness
Allowing all types of people to be a part of the celebrations. I can offer ceremonies and rehearsals in Auslan for those who use the language or I can connect you with a NAATI qualified interpreter.
Your wedding is about you and celebrating your relationship, which should be done in your language whether that be English or Auslan.
I have several family members with significant and life changing disabilities and I am an advocate for them and others in my community who’s voice isn’t as loud as mine.
In being an advocate I have learned through necessity to navigate my way around most issues and can usually find a solution for everyone. Finding the win/win for everyone is my goal in life.
I understand how barriers can impact people with disabilities and offer to work with you to get your special day just right for you.
Environmental outlook
As part of my personal beliefs, I try to find environmentally safe options to be a part of all of my services. Whether this is corresponding through emails or using recycled paper products when I can, offering biodegradable balloons, or recycled glass packaging.
An Extra Touch
I provide each couple with a lasting memento of the day. Included in my package is a professionally printed photo book incorporating their personal wedding ceremony. To make the keepsake even more special, the couple has the opportunity to send several photos from their special day. This just a part of my passion for providing a memorable service, so it comes without an additional charge.
I provide public address (PA) systems for events where more than 50 people are in attendance. This ensures that all attendees are included in the ceremony.
