Hey there! I’m Lienkie, the founder of Love Lienkie Events. 🌟 I’m best known for my calm nature and a love for organising! From planning weddings to holidays and even our weekly family meals ☺️

A little about me:

I started my career 11 years ago in an advertising agency as a Project Manager—where I first discovered my love for events. After switching to the client side as a Brand Manager, I sharpened my organisational skills, managing projects from start to finish and working closely with different teams and suppliers.

In 2017, I had the joy of planning my own wedding—a French-themed celebration with French music, table names, and a macaron-filled cake. It’s during this time that I started thinking about Wedding Planning as a career.

In 2019, I decided to take the leap and start my own business. I’ve had the pleasure of working with amazing couples and planning their special day!

A few fun facts about me:

- Originally from Paarl, a picturesque town in South Africa’s Wine Region, living in Australia now 🍇
- Nothing makes me happier than a glass of red wine or bubbles paired with pizza 🍷🍕
- Proud “boy mom” to three little ones and have been married for 7 years 👶💙
- My favourite wedding moment? The opening of the dance floor! 💃
- Our wedding song was Unchained Melody by The Righteous Brothers, and I walked down the aisle to La Vie en Rose by Louis Armstrong 🎶

These two foodies chose a setting that beautifully matched their personalities: the renowned .
