We engaged Sebastian for our sons 1st birthday party and let me start by saying what an absolute delight this gentleman is. He arrived promptly with his amazing wood fired oven and began making the pizza bases without us having to say a word. He is a pizza Masterchef.
His dough making skills combined with top shelf produce (even some organic herbs from his personal garden were used) were second to none.
I must also mention his son Adriano who provided a 5 star experience and did a fantastic job as a sous chef. Far ahead of his time, Adriano was attentive and caring yet happy to converse with guests, some traits I rarely witness in this day and age. Hats off mate, you are what the world needs over the next generation, exceptional.
The pizzas provided were authentic and better than many posh restaurants we have eaten before. Exceptional is the word. And then the Nutella pizza comes out and the air filled dough base is what pizza dreams are made of.
We could not be happier with our experience today and highly recommend Sebastian and the team. We will be booking again as soon as possible
