Spoiler alert: flowers are doing more than looking pretty 🤭

They’re steeped in meaning, tradition, symbolism and emotion. Name a flower and I can share a memory from my life associated with it or a special person in my life. I think we all can!

I had a mono bouquet of baby’s breath a whole almost 15 years ago! We also had maple leaves 🍁 scattered on the tables and tortured willow and I’m always transported back in time whenever I see either of these 🤗

I feel like a broken record when I say this but it’s so true: choose a venue that has a great wet weather option you also love 🤗 For most of May, we had glorious 🌞 weather and then out of nowhere it poured and poured and poured. We said goodbye to our gorgeous outdoor setting and brought nature indoors 😍 I actually like indoor ceremonies as the flowers really stand out and frame our couples beautifully and your special people are comfortable and protected from the elements. And it definitely didn’t stop anyone from having the best time celebrating the stunning newlyweds 🥂
