Sometimes it's realy difficult to picture the colours you've chosen for a plaque - but don't worry if you're struggling to choose colours! After your purchase your product, we will send through artwork draft of your chosen colours. If you're not happy with your selections, we can try different combinations until you're happy with the colours. Easy peasy!

We really wanted to make a keepsake box that was extra big! One that can fit all your cherished treasures for your little one, including things like hospital items, a baby blanket, first outfit, soft toys, shoes, photos, dummy, first drawing, first tooth...it's endless.

Also, check out the reel I posted on this. It shows you all the items I was able to fit it but it can fit more. It took me a full 4 hours to do a 15 second clip and I hurt myself while I was at it, scraping the top of my foot whilst kicking the box 😳 I’m so proud of the video though!! Well worth the trouble 🥳

Our spontaneous model, Bailey, ran past while I was doing photography, so I asked him to get in the photo. That’s why he’s holding a random old looking sock 😂

It’s definitely great having the kids around to be our quality control officers, models, handy helpers at times but more like mess makers who get in the way! That’s what life is like being mummy makers. Yup, we make our products in our garage, on our dining tables, in front of the TV. Just regular mums. It’s not easy but we’re getting there, the kids are getting older and things are definitely easier than when we both started the business with newborns.

We have reached the other side of the rainbow! We're out of lockdown here in Melbourne 🎉

It's felt like a lifetime of lockdown that it became the new normal. It's as though we are emerging out of the house like a rescued animal let back into the wild 😂

I hope this craziness really shone the light on supporting local. We're not some business run by a board, we don't source our products overseas, we're simply two women working in our workshop. We are the makers 👭

Jordan just turned 3!🥳 And you know what's weird? A switch has been flipped and suddenly he is a little more behaved and more emotionally stable. Is this normal?

Perhaps it's because I smashed the tv a week ago because he was being absolutely atrocious. I didn't really smash it, I just made a loud bang with the stool against the cupboard. 😂 With less screen time, he's been so much better. But we accidentally got him out of bed yesterday while we were watching tv, so it appears as though dad fixed the tv 🤣

One year olds are the perfect time for your babies to start exploring letters, shapes and playing with puzzles. But I would say ages 2 and 3 is when your kids are really aware of their names and letter recognition. That's when you don't have to worry about the kids destroying everything you do!

Charlie here is 3 and is learning to read out his name with our name puzzle. Did Charlie suddenly grow up when he turned 3 .learn.flourish?

Who needs a photo stylist? We mentioned in an earlier post where the kiddies were bringing in some flowers and leaves from the garden. This is one of the beautiful shots I got.

This is our Gum Nut Flowers Birth Plaque - a lot of times we design the child's name in a striking colour so it stands out. But this time, we chose neutral white for the main name. Boy does it POP! Amongst the beautiful pinks and greens, Olivia's name is definitely the centre of attention. In love with this design and colour combination 😍

We hope you can create some great goals for your child to concentrate on for the day. Heck, if the kids don't get it, you should use these affirmations for yourself. I need it on the daily!

With 20 different affirmations, yes 20! These affirmation boards are designed on the front and back with beautiful minimalist designs. Included is a holder to keep the affirmation of the day on display on shelf. My favourite is "I am Perfectly Imperfect" - a reminder that despite all the pressures of society, in the end, I am perfectly imperfect...!

I feel like we're in the thick of winter. And while everyone wants to incubate in their beds and in front of their heaters, we too have shied away from being social on the socials 😅

But, kid you not, we are literally freezing our tooshies in the garage working on your orders. And with the roller door open! 🥶

I myself like to try and get the kids outside even though it's cold, but it's expected to rain and storm this weekend. We were so looking forward to a staycation too! It looks like we need to stay home and indoors with the kids. I guess with all the mess with covid all over the country, that's not a bad thing. So we're pulling out our puzzles and testing our new educational products (yet to be released) with the kiddies.

Look at me...dreaming of the weekend when it's Thursday!

I know our rulers are way too nice to write on, some of our customers are too scared to use their messy handwriting to mark their ruler. So here's an idea, you can photograph your kids in front of the ruler instead. What do you think, would you be too scared to write on the ruler?

If you haven't heard, there's a shortage of timber across the board. We did our best to get all the nice stock off the suppliers shelves last week. And we left them with all the crap stock 😜

Wardrobe Dividers + Bonus 'Shh..baby is sleeping' Door Hanger. We have so much Aussie pride that we couldn't resist doing a set of hangers with our iconic animals.

The happily sleeping animals include the koala, sugar glider, quokka, platypus, kangaroo, echidna and wombat, all etched on 3mm Birch Ply. The 6 wardrobe dividers are for clothing sizes 0000-2 and we have included a bonus matching ‘Shh…baby is sleeping’ door hanger.

Build 'em up, build 'em up, build it higher 🎶 Stacking toys is so much fun for them little kiddies. For the mum's too, there's something soothing and hypnotic about this little task. I find myself stacking the toys myself with great satisfaction, until bam 💥 Jordan knocks it right down 😓😂
