It is sad to have to advise that due to Covid and poor health we closed our doors as of June 2022. Thank you to all who supported us .

It is with great sadness that due to several reasons including health that I have had to close Amor Paella. I enjoyed meeting so many great people. Thank you to all that supported us. To my dear late mate, Gabriel you taught me well. I hope I did you proud.

Back to work after Covid restrictions eased a little. A wonderful 70th Birthday in Mandurah last evening. Salt and Pepper squid, Spanish Pork Balls, 2 Paellas with garden salad, followed by chocolate dipped churros. One guest made the comment that the Paellas were as good if not better than what she had in Spain. Thanks for such a wonderful comment. Another function this evening.

It has been a very busy start to the year. No rest for me. A couple of pics from a Hens night last Saturday. It was extremely hot and no shade so a marquee had to be set up. Thanks to all the lovely ladies who kept bringing me icy cold drinks while I was cooking. Vegetarian and Chicken and Chorizo Paella.

Another wedding last Saturday at Matilda Bay. Challenging due to the weather. Corn & Zucchini Fritters, Spanish Pork Balls and Salt & Pepper Squid for the Tapas. Followed by Classico and Vegetarian Paellas. Thanks to my team of waitstaff for a job well done.

Yesterday a wedding with 90 people at a lovely setting at Rivendel Winery. We served Tapas consisting of, Corn & Zucchini Fritters, Spanish meat balls and Spanish Potatoes. Later 2 Paella Chicken & Chorizo and Vegetarian. Bread and salad. Later that night Chocolate dipped Churros. A very long day but most rewarding. All guests commented on how wonderful the food was. A great team effort. Congratulations to Stacey and Dean on their marriage. And many thanks to Celia and Darren (Rivendel) for their assistance.

Saturdays function in Rockingham. A birthday party that all seemed to have enjoyed. 2 paellas, chicken & Chorizo and seafood followed by chocolate dipped churros. Thanks to Greg and Louie for helping me out by serving the guests. This weekend a wedding at Yallingup.

Last night at a function in Halls Head on the canals. Great people all who enjoyed a great party. So lucky that the rain held off during the time I was cooking and served the guests. Thanks to the hosts Steve and Emily.

What a weekend of Paella. 230 people at a Charity fundraiser in Pinjarra. 300 servings on the night. Chicken and Chorizo and Vegetarian Paellas. Thanks to Linda and Lee. I am so lucky to have a great team.

Last nights function in Carmel. 100 people celebrating a 21st Birthday. Thanks to Linda for a job well done. 2 More this weekend and a major event on the 6th March coming up. 230 people.

Today we had the Inaugural Grey Goose Cup in memory of my dear freind Gabriel Zahra. It will be now be an Annual event played on the first Saturday of February. I wish to congratulate the winner and thank all those players who attended.
