Little bit warmer today for Collection Day. Thanks for everyone's understanding as we changed the day to Monday due to catering commitments Tuesday. Roast Pork was the most popular, then Lamb & Haloumi Rissoles, Chicken Bacon & Mushroom Pasta, Bangers Mash & Tomato Onion Gravy, followed by Chicken Sweet Corn Soup. Baked Rice Pudding for sweets. As always please let me know what you're eating and a quick review 😊.

Thanks everyone who braved the freezing 🥶 wet Rockhampton afternoon to collect their Lickity Dinner Club meals for the week.
Plenty of goodness to warm the soul. Butter Chicken topped the charts, followed by Chicken Alfredo and Beef & Dumpling Stew. Beef & Haloumi Skewers and Mushroom Soup completed the mains. Sticky Date Pudding & Butterscotch Sauce was the best selling dessert yet, other option was Blueberry Dark Chocolate Bread & Butter Pudding.

Lickity Dinner Club meals from today. Sweets are back with Apple Raspberry Crumble, and Dark Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake. Chicken and Leek Pie was the most popular order, with Stirfry Beef & Broccoli, Creamy Chicken Mushroom Pasta, Bangers & Mash, and Zucchini Haloumi Fritters completing the menu for this week. Please enjoy and share your comments once you have tried the dishes.

Another Lickity Dinner Club menu full of Winter Comfort Food. The new Extra Serve 500g Packs (serve and a half) were a big hit for it's first week on the menu. We also encourage for you to return any Uber Bags or Plastic containers if you don't reuse them. If you wanted to drop off clean containers to package your meals in, we also accept these (drop off prior to collection day).
Next week the collection day will probably be a Wednesday as Chef Joe is off to Cairns this weekend.

This week's menu features some great comfort food dinners like Pulled Bbq Pork & Cauliflower Gratin, Sticky Wings & Fried Rice, Beef & Lentil Stew, Lemon Mustard Chicken and a hearty Bacon & Zucchini Pasta.

Lickity Dinner Club meals from today's collection. Kung Pao Chicken and Spaghetti & Meatballs were the most popular, followed by Bacon Cauliflower Mac'n'Cheese, Beef Skewers and Chorizo Silverbeet Zucchini Slice.
We will trial Tuesday as the new Collection day to allow the chef's to have some weekends off before Corporate Catering ramps up again.

Dinner at Pastificio Sandro last night...
A mysterious walk down the back alleyway to find the entrance. Table setup in the converted shopfront. 6 courses and wine matching followed to create a magically dining experience.

A dose of Melbourne Arts Culture last night with an Amazing production of Sunset Blvd at the iconic Princess Theatre. A few Laneway pre-show drinks, followed by great comfort food at Butchers Diner.
Today another trip to the markets for Fioretto (a hybrid of Cauliflower and Broccoli), fresh Sardines, Crackling Pork Bahn Mi, and a few other treats.
Then into the Block Arcade to load up on Haighs for the family's orders. Followed by magnificent Gelato from Gelato Messina in Fitzroy.
Now a late dinner at Pastificio Sandro for a fix of Italian handmade pasta, with a 6 course meal dining at the Chef's Pasta Making table. Will update on the meal tomorrow.

Big Week of Beef this week at Lickity. Thanks to everyone who were so understanding when Chef Joe was behind with preparing their meals this week due to circumstances beyond his control. Hope everyone appreciated the extra effort with the 24hr Beef Bone Broth that went into most of the Lickity Dinner Club meals this week. Remember to place your orders soon if you want hassle free meals next week.
