This weeks Brownlow went to Chef Tim's famous Beef Porcupines (we agreed it's his best batch so far).
The other meals were really close, so we'll award them all a Silver 🥈.
From the Wok... Chicken Chow Mein Noodles, from Grill... Hot Honey Chicken & Haloumi Skewers, from Pans... Mushroom & Spring Onion Risotto and this week we mixed up the normal Bangers and Mash and served our Italian Beef Sausages, with a Potato, Tomato & Onion Gratin.
