The Chefs were punching hard today in the Lickity Kitchen. Brownlow was very tight, and with a late vote for Apricot Chicken meant we had only the 2nd tied scores.
Sharing the gong were Apricot Chicken and Richo's Lamb & Rosemary Sausages. Congratulations to both the winners 🏆.
Next very closely followed in 3rd was Spaghetti 🍝 Meatballs, then Stir Fry Pork Noodles, and Chicken Caesar Salad.
Burnt Basque Cheescake for Sweets, Lemon Slice for a treat, Pumpkin Feta Cranberry Salad and Garlic Bread for the sides.
Breakfast for 150 tomorrow morning so early night ahead.

Wow, Full Moon, Broncos Winning (girls and boys), Lions Winning, Doblo's truck gets stolen and Lickity Dinner Club. What a great time to be in Rocky.
Winner this week was Cheesy Chicken Rissoles, then Marinated Beef Shish Kebabs, Thai Green Chicken Curry (yes we make our own paste, mostly ingredients grown in our garden), Sweet Chilli Beef Noodle Salad, and Basil & Cashew Pesto Pasta 🍝.
Chef Tim's Key Lime Pie, Fruit Salad, and Triple Chocolate Brownies
Italian Pasta Salad for a side dish.

Rocky's started to get Hot 🥵! Lucky your Local Meal Pack service adapts the weekly menu to suit. Plenty of fresh meal options for our Lickity Dinner Club Family for LDC Collection Day today.
Lickity Brownlow Awards was split by just a single vote. Winner 🏆 went to a very popular dish ... Butter Chicken 🐔 (added Garlic Naan for those in the know), followed by a little prickly dish... Beef Porcupines, Honey Carrots, Mash & Peas.
Lamb & Haloumi Skewers, Bbq Meatlover Mac'n'Cheese and Satay Chicken Salad.
Chef Tim worked his Dessert Magic with Chocolate Salted Caramel Popcorn Tart. His Spinach Ricotta Filo Wraps paired with Chef Joe's Bean, Orange & Feta Salad.

Melbourne Cup menu will be released later this week. Christmas Catering menu to follow shortly after.

Well the AFL Brownlow has been run and won, but we know you’re all waiting for the LFC Brownlow count.

The winner was the good lookin’ chookin’ - Chicken Breast stuffed with Avocado, Provolone Cheese, Sun Dried Tomatoes and served with roasted sweet potato. Chef Tim for the win 🥇

Lots of LDC members decided to “Get Some Pork on Their Fork” - in 2nd place is Crunchy Pork Belly Salad with peanuts, rice noodles & Asian herbs in a sweet chilli, soy and lime dressing. This dish was a Chef Joe creation - let us know what you think of the fresh flavours ✅

Italian beef sausages with mash & tomato and onion gravy scraped into third place - Jordan a.k.a. the sausage wizard from Richo's Quality Meats has waved his magic wand again 🧙‍♂️

Chicken Stir Fry with cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, hoisin sauce and served with rice rated well along with Salami, olive, basil and tomato pasta. Zucchini slice with potato salad made for a lovely light Spring meal now the warmer weather is here.

Desserts - Strawberry Cheesecake. Get in my belly. And fresh fruit salad which cancels out the calories from the aforementioned cheesecake.

Our Secret Sausage Wizard... Jordan

Thanks to Chef Joe from Lickity Fingers Catering our Chicken Kiev Sausage had become a new favourite. Now Chef Joe is special and gets his crumbed, but certainly an option for home.
So call in and see Jordan and the great team at Richo's Quality Meats at Northside Plaza and pick up some of Jordan's Sausage Pick of the Week.

Lovely to see our extended Lickity Family today as they collected their Lickity Dinner Club Meals for the week. No stressing about what's for dinner for these super intelligent 🤓 people.
For those who had eyes only for our Delicious Food, or were in Stitches laughing at the poster... Next week Chef Anna and Elsa are taking care of the Dinner Club with Frozen Meal Packs. Chef Tim will be dressed as Elsa and taking care of the entertainment for the day.
In other news, Lickity Brownlow Awards had a clear winner and it was not Chicken who won for a change. Winner was Beef Stir-fry & Glass Noodles. Followed by Beef Stroganoff. Wholly Cow 🐮 🐄!! First 🥇 and Second 🥈.
Third place went to an intriguing dish, Chicken Kiev Sausages & Mash. Yes, a Jordan The Sausage Wizard Richo's Quality Meats made a special order for us. We decided to up the ante and crumb them. Next time you're getting your snags from Richo's Quality Meats , be sure to ask the Sausage Wizard Jordan if they can throw some Lickity Crumbs on your Chicken Kiev Sausages.
Forth went to Cheesy Chicken Rissoles, and then Morrocan Lamb Salad with Chef Tim's famous Labna. Waldorf Salad, Fresh Fruit Salad also featured in the new Spring Menu.
Strawberry Cheesecake to finish... Get Out!!
No you Get Out. Just like the Golden Girls... Who doesn't love a little cheesecake 😋.
