Our trailer mounted easy to use wood fire ovens are also available to hire; making them a great option for your event at home. anything you can cook in an oven, you can cook in a wood fire oven! (We will provide a simple induction with as much assistance as you need). Hiring for the do-it-yourself master chef is a great way to impress your friends and family with your culinary skills.

As a passionate employer of our youth who are in many cases experiencing their first job this time of year, please be caring, supportive & encouraging to them. We as employers train our staff to the best of our ability but it is not until they are face to face with a customer, that they really learn the skills they have been taught. They are not your servants; they are wonderful young people wanting to please. As elders it's our responsibility, yes OUR RESPONSIBILITY, to educate, be compassionate and share the silly stories of what we did when we were their age.

Our mobile catering team can cater small backyard parties, children's birthdays, 21sts, 40ths, anniversaries, weddings, office parties, outdoor picnics, corporate functions, Christmas parties, school fundraisers, events, festivals and much more... Any event that needs food, we can do it! We provide our catering services all over Melbourne / Victoria. With our large trailer-mounted woodfire ovens, we can cook anything you can cook in a conventional oven! We can create the perfect menu for your event, and provide all the staff to cook & serve it. With a wide range of service styles (fingerfood/cocktail, buffet, 50/50 table service, share platters to tables); and an extensive range of food choices (delicious fingerfoods, woodfired pizza, roasts, pastas, mini meals & much more). We can even set up a food stall for hundreds of event patrons! Or, if you want to provide your own food, our trailer-mounted wood fire ovens are easy to use; making them a great option to hire to cook your own food (HOT COALS will deliver and collect the trailer, and provide a simple induction with as much assistance as you need).
