Our Vision is to create beautiful, inspiring and original weddings using our stunning collection of bespoke furniture and decor. We love to create weddings that reflect your personality & interests. From your initial cons

ultation, we are here to assist you be it ceremony, reception, lighting or florals, vendor referrals, we provide a great ‘One stop Shop’ for our clients. Not to mention we have a fantastic network of suppliers we can arrange such as caterers, cake suppliers, celebrants & many other vendors that make your wedding complete. We can also provide a free coordination service which has become increasingly popular for our brides that do not live in the region. The Sugar Wharf, Rex Smeal Park & Little Cove are just a few of our favourite off-site locations we have designed some amazing packages for. We also provide our service across our region including the Atherton Tablelands, Mission Beach, Fitzroy Island & surrounding areas. We do not send out our decor lists – we would love to create a bespoke proposal for you. We loved this gorgeous couples style …modern, monochromatic with a soft romantic spring vibe. With Edens effortless beauty and Steven looking suave in black tie they were the picture of happiness on their big day and we were so excited to play a part in it!
Our styling brief.. understated elegance, starting with a romantic garden ceremony featuring our ‘Circe de Love’ semi circle ground Arbour of white spring florals and white bentwood chairs. The reception space styled with a reverse monochromatic palette of crisp white and natural linen, our contemporary black metal bentwood chairs, minimalist black framed glass box candle holders with white pillar candles, modern frosted acrylic signage and natural ceramic vases of white spring florals softening the whole look. Add in a central bridal table featuring a ‘Botanical Installation’ of fresh green foliage with modern Edison globe pendant lighting for wow factor completing this fabulous wedding.

Yes, its been a while… We are nearly three quarters the way through our crazy wedding season and I am beginning to see the light at the end of this whirlwind wedding tunnel! I haven’t had a chance to come up for air and post any of the most amazing weddings we’ve been styling but I’m going to try and steal some quick moments and start sharing all our beautiful couples special days.
We’ve been immersed in focusing on the job rather than our social media (I think that’s a good thing?) so I’m sure we will be forgiven when you finally get to see some of this years work!
We’ve certainly got around.. we’ve been in Port Douglas and on the Sugar Wharf so much this year we’re starting to feel we might need to move in lol!….we’ve been in big fabulous marquees on cane farms, exclusive private properties with stunning views, green grassy fields on the Tablelands, some stylish cool restaurants, south to Mission Beach and so many more glorious venues and locations that I can’t wait to share with you! Our trucks and cars have done more klms in the last crazy five months than the whole year! Top that off we’ve also been styling some massive corporate events, so you could say we will be earning a well deserved holiday at the end of the season! (I can safely say we won’t be styling any Christmas parties this year as we will be relaxing with a couple of glasses of Pinot in hand at some gorgeous winery in WA lol!) So here’s to the first we wil be sharing, Eden & Steven’s beautiful Port Douglas wedding! Stay tuned for my next post to catch a glimpse of all their beautiful wedding details!

FLORAL ROMANCE
When the weather Gods don’t behave don’t despair! Emily & Sam had planned a beachfront wedding between the palm trees but the wind & rain set in early yesterday morning but we were ready! One quick decision and we were styling this fabulous indoor space and created an intimate romantic setting. With our stylish white Hudson tables, white bentwood chairs, a romantic tablescape of natural linen runners, wood log vases brimming with gorgeous tones of cappuccino and dusky pink roses , latte disbuds and soft sage green foliage and an installation of hanging Coastal cane lanterns entwined with lush greenery .. it was picture perfect! This one of the reasons you need a dedicated and experienced team behind you on your wedding day and know that you are in good hands and can relax and enjoy your special day!

The Reception - Inside the Sugar Wharf!
One of the best parts of the day for every Sugar Wharf wedding is that moment when those big doors roll open and our bride & groom get to see the inside for a sneak peek! After all those months and months (sometimes years) of all that work leading up to that moment I feel such satisfaction and an overwhelming sense of emotion when I see our couples tear up with gratitude when they see what we created for them!
For the styling of inside of this beautiful old heritage listed building, we created a warm intimate rustic vibe (a reverse of the outside decks modern white coastal feel). Two long rows of our fabulous timber Hudson tables and timber cross back chairs ..a dreamy natural tablescape of ethereal white muslin organically flowing through the centre of the tables romantically pooling to the floor …atop beautiful lush white floral centrepieces of premium white roses and soft green foliage …warm candlelight with modern tall glass cylinders with pillar candles… arched frosted acrylic table menus & place names adding a clean contemporary edge… and for bonbonnieres, little bottles of espresso martini’s for each guest added such a cute touch from our couple! Adding that real wow factor… our stunning lush green foliage Botanical Installations with Edison globe pendant lights suspended over the tables and a couple oversized natural bead chandeliers added more dramatic lighting!

For the reception our couple were greeted with a white petal shower with a confetti station positioned at the entrance to the wharf (unfortunately no petals allowed anymore at Little Cove so this was our fun compromise!) and entering through a wow factor Sugar Wharf entrance feature with an archway of dried foliage and rattan walls… a pre-dinner drinks area with contemporary white wire Rio bar tables with our Malibu rattan high back stools, our crisp white cane Raffles lounge creating a stylish and comfy lounging area and at the end of the deck, our fabulous light timber Latitude Bar with modern white neon signage completed the outside deck. Our next post in Part 3 we open the grand old heavy doors and show you the dining area inside the wharfs building in all it’s decorated glory! Stay tuned!

The Ceremony

We had the absolute pleasure of planning & styling this adorable young couples wedding! From day one, after meeting Karina I knew their wedding would be full of love, laughter and fun! As you can see from their beautiful wedding images they are madly in love and they were both glowing with happiness from their romantic Little Cove ceremony to their on location photos to their gorgeous reception at the grand old Sugar Wharf!
For their wedding styling, we created a ‘Modern Boho’ vibe with earthy rustic touches that pair so beautifully with the historical Sugar Wharf. We also loved creating Karinas’ classic long stem white rose and floral bouquet adding a contemporary edge to all the boho rustic goodness!
We designed the wedding around a neutral colour palette of crisp whites and soft greens combined with natural textures of light rattans, dried palm fronds, preserved foliage and earthy timbers, all creating a soft romantic look.
Starting with the ceremony, our beautiful ‘Circle of Love’ arbour styled with lush dried palm fronds, wispy pampas grass and clusters of romantic white florals looked stunning with the wide ocean backdrop and natural timber cross back chairs with white cushions and earthy natural jute rugs for the aisle set the scene for this epic wedding.

SUGAR WHARF LOVIN’

Yes we are back on social media! With styling over 70 weddings last year I just couldn’t get the time to post them! Yes, we were extremely lucky to have the opportunity to style so many weddings during Covid times but living and working in Queensland we were the lucky ones to continue to work and create our magic.

Melissa had been booked with us to plan and style her wedding for over 3 years through our sister company and after two Covid postponements finally that big day arrived and we couldn’t have been happier for her and bring her dream day to life! Even though guest numbers were reduced, we didn’t compromise on any of the beautiful details!
With a ‘Modern Rustic’ theme we created this look with a sublime palette of white, green, earthy naturals and contemporary black accents complementing the beautiful old heritage listed Sugar Wharf.
Dining outside under the stars with our fabulous timber Hudson tables and a dreamy natural tablescape of taupe linen runners & napkins, beautiful lush white floral centrepieces, the end romantically cascading over the table ends to the ground, modern black rimmed glass box candle holders with pillar candles and black acrylic table numbers and placeholders adding a contemporary edge. Add our stylish cocktail furniture, gorgeous French Linen lounge styled with luxe black velvet cushions, our fabulous modern timber Latitude Bar and romantic lighting with festoons of Edison globes suspending our new cane ‘Coastal Lanterns’ for that balmy evening atmosphere …..a combo of earthy rustic style & contemporary chic!

Putting ‘stylish’ into styling! This wedding was such a pleasure to style for such a beautiful couple at our fave beachfront venue! With an all white colour palette with touches of tropical green and modern black accents, this wedding oozed style! From Olivia's stunning Pallas Couture white crystal beaded dress to romantic lush white florals on tall white metal flower stands in the chapel, our fabulous lush tropical foliage ‘Botanical Installations’ suspended from the ceilings, table centrepieces of decadent white orchids and white roses in coconut vases, glamorous pre-dinner drinks cocktail furniture including white cane lounging styled with black velvet cushions and our white Rio bar tables with black glass tops with our new gold Cairo stools with black velvet seats, modern black acrylic signage on white stands and even a neon mesh wall photo op backdrop! It was all in the gorgeous details…

We adore converting humble empty spaces into dream weddingscapes. We transformed this beautiful Rotunda into an intimate dining space so perfect for a micro wedding! A dining area with a romantic colour palette of blush & dusky pink, white and naturals, glamorous lighting and earthy timber dining furniture and outside with modern white high bars and luxe pink velvet stools .. all a combo for a dream wedding style! When you choose us to style your wedding, it’s not just about our beautiful furniture selection, stunning lighting (antique crystal chandeliers have the most magical sparkle!) and the florals (yes we do everything under the one roof!), as a Wedding Stylist we bring your vision to life with a creative eye that brings everything together … tablescaping though is my favourite part where anything can happen to create that wedding magic!

Our beautiful boho bride Cecilia and her Bohemian bouquet we created for her … those romantic pastel tones ..unstructured with big beautiful blooms and dried foliage … cascading soft apricot amaranthus tendrils .. moody & romantic .. beautifully designed to CC’s style!
Some facts you might not know about us:
Do you know we have our own in-house amazing Floral Studio in our new gorgeous Showroom?
Do you know I (me Deb) and my wonderful florist Ayumi collab together to create all our beautiful florals? As a Stylist and your Floral Stylist, I work closely with you to create your colour palette, flower faves, what’s in season and interpret your floral vision! ( yes I can narrow down your Pinterest board pins to one cohesive look ha!) I then work with Ayumi my talented florist to create those beautiful blooms! Ayumi is the most beautiful soul and kindest florist you will ever meet and so so patient! I can tend to micro manage but she always gets my vision and that’s why our working relationship is just so special! As like all cray cray creatives, I can change my mind, have new last minute mad ideas and sometimes want to throw a whole lot more in but that’s what makes us work! And we have the floral portfolio to show for it!
I will be creating a new insta page called Two Tribes Blooms dedicated to our Floristry division where you can stalk us for all our beautiful florals we create. Ayumi will also be starting some fun workshops in our Showroom (first one will be as early as next week a Floral Crown workshop where you can create your own headpiece for Melbourne Cup!) then there will be an exciting Christmas Wreath workshop so you will need to book in early as there will be limited spots available! (If you might be interested in either workshop please register your interest in the comments below!)

Sneak peek! We were so excited to style this beautiful wedding for our gorgeous couple Cecilia & Matthew at their private lakeside property on the Atherton Tablelands. With an ethereally beautiful Boho vibe, a woodland lakeside ceremony and reception backdrop, a boathouse, a clear marquee, and fairy lights, this was the fairytale wedding of the year!
