I’ve been MIA on my social media for some time now and part of the reason for my hiatus it’s because I’ve been focussed on making lasting memories hanging with my best friend.
It’s been a week since we had I last cuddle and we still have such heavy hearts from the loss of my fur child. It’s the daily quiet without the sound of tap dancing in the kitchen while we cook and not seeing his shadow behind my steps that can be the hardest.
I am so thankful Benny chose me 12 years ago to be his companion. And of course for all the memories I have of his fury face.
Leaving Dorrigo tomorrow will be bittersweet as I return home to a house without my best mate.
Thank you to my girlfriend for her support, and to the friends and family that have sent words of comfort and compassion understanding just how much of an impact this little guy had on my life.
They certainly do leave footprints on our hearts ♥️

When Brandan and Sarah eloped in their Cairns Airbnb Tree House they wanted every detail of the day captured from breakfast through to the moment their guests left the intimate celebration.

Looking back over their elopement I remember the moments before Sarah walked upstairs after getting ready. The energy and love around these two as they stepped in front of a very small collection of their people was off the charts amazing.
