Hey guys! A lot of new faces around here so I thought that a little post about what we do would be welcome 😉
🍱🍣 Our big thing is to do premium sushi boxes.
What makes it premium you ask? We use the absolute best seafood and rice available in Australia, we dry age a big part of our fish and we bring an extra touch of creativity on each sushi. We prep a new sushi rice every 45min in a traditional way. Everything is made as you would expect at a fine dining sushi restaurant.
Everything is freshly made before your pick up time.
Also we serve your sushi in a decent packaging that you can proudly show up with at your next dinner party 👌
🍚 We also have a tiny chirashi bar: 6 seats, 3 options only on the menu and 2 seatings (12pm and 1.30pm). Nothing too serious when sitting with us, only good food and good chat. Booking essential (up to 4 weeks in advance)
Now, how to order??
•Via our website (link in bio)
•Minimum 1 day notice (cutoff time Midnight)
•Simply select your boxes, day and time of pickup then pay at checkout. Easy-peasy
We are open Tuesday to Saturday. (We are not doing boxes between 12pm and 3pm as we are focusing on the chirashi bar).
If a day isn’t available for pickup, it means that we are fully booked for that day. We are a super small business and prefer to limit our production rather than risk the quality.

The aging process reduces the humidity in fish and concentrate the fatness. (As you can see on the board)
