Kallico catering was born around 15 years ago with aunty Nene and uncle Darylls love for catering to family and friends. Eager to learn more about bush tucker and re connecting with his culture Daryll went back home to Yuin Booderee in the South Coast, his birth place to see his Uncle barry (the genuine bush tucker man now sadly passed on )
uncle Barry was able to give his blessings and advice on their exciting new business journey. From this reconnection to his land and people Daryll Nene and Denham and team have now curated a native inspired menu to spread cultural awareness for all people to stay connected to our culture through food
