Today this lovely lady and I made use of the Sauna (intense heat) and plunge pool (intense cold) care benefits. I have worked tirelessly for weeks, giving in service role in massage every day with multiple sessions each day and have had very little time to much self care.
My body after just one hour of this has lost a mass of aches, pains and energy deficit ailments. I feel like I could do a another 3 weeks of work and giving.
Moving from extreme hot and cold sequencially increases blood circulation, it cycles your lymphatic system, shocks your nervous system into activation (if your feeling numb), releases tension in you muscles and many more benefits than I could fit into this post.
