Meet Karni Liddell, our WorkAbility Employer Warrior who is passionate about helping businesses become more inclusive. As a former Paralympian who has worked in the disability employment space for years, Karni knows all to well what it takes to help employers overcome their initial fears and rethink their thinking when it comes to employing people with a disability.
