So big changes coming to Inside Out Bar Co!
We’ve noticed a massive gap in hospitality services out here, so why not take advantage of the many years we’ve been in hospitality to give it all back to businesses in Gippsland!

It’s not every day you get to make a drink for Rob Mills and do it on channel 10! Even with the shaker not opening first time, still tasted damn delicious.

Seriously. How delicious are blood oranges? And our handmade blood orange soft drink is damn good if we don’t say so ourselves. Anyone that’s been lucky enough to try this at any of our events will agree because of how we make it. Only fresh ingredients and the main ingredient. LOVE ❤️ ❤️❤️. No preservatives and made fresh for all events. We might still be lockdown but doesn’t stop us from looking forward to getting back out there. Guess we’ll just have to drink this one (maybe we some cheeky gin) but any suggestions for flavours will be very welcomed!

So there’s never been a more fitting time than right now for national R U OK? Day. And right now, we couldn’t think that this question is more important than ever. With lockdowns we aren’t able to go out do what we love to do, see who we love, and as business, can’t go out and do what we do best and make drinks, it’s a killer! But it’s a tough time for everyone, so do everyone a favour, reach out and genuinely ask someone if they’re ok! It might be 3 words to you, but could mean a hell of a lot more to others! And if you’re struggling, just reach out, there’s more people here to help than you think!

International Pinot noir day?!?!! Sounds like a perfect excuse for a quick glass tonight! Especially one from our favourite winery . (And maybe a cheeky tassie one too) It’s tough being in lockdown, but a good wine makes it better. Here’s looking forward to the spring for us to get back out there! Any good wine recommendations????

Let’s keep this beer theme going during lockdown! Another one we’ve tried (so much we added it to our standard menu) is the amazing beer from and one of David’s personal fav’s One Love Pale Ale.

Did you know 5th Aug is national IPA day???? (Yes we know this isn’t an IPA) but got us thinking about some of the amazing brewery’s we have in Victoria, we’ve yet to been to them all, but we’ve given it a good crack! Any recommendations to ones we need to?
