Hello Dawn Photographics

I’m sorry to say that yesterday my Mum passed away after a battle with a form of blood cancer. She left us 14 months to the day that Dad passed from lung cancer.

Some of you may even have gotten the chance to meet my Mum as I set up or packed down for Wedding Expos that she selflessly gave her time to help me with, even though I made her retake a photo of the setup 100 times before I liked it!

There’s no point in sugar coating what’s happening for my business. I am struggling greatly. I apologise to those I haven’t replied to with quotes or weddings I haven’t delivered yet, I promise I will try to get them to you asap.

I appreciate everyone’s patience, consideration and kind words during this hard time for me and my family. Hello Dawn Photographics changed from Reborn Photographics to honour my family with our last name being “Heldoorn”, I’ve never been happier I made that change, but realistically it will take a while for me to get Hello Dawn Photographics back on its feet.

This wedding!

This wedding was over not 1 but 2 days and every second was amazing. To do Marthury & Jack’s Wedding was such an honour and we’ve never seen such a colourful wedding.

Thank you for choosing us! Your days were so perfect, including the choreographed dance from Jack and his groomsmen! 😂

Two months ago today Jess and I had the pleasure of photographing the stunning wedding of Stacey & Danny!

I need to send out this message of thanks. Thanks to my customers and supporters for being so patient through this difficult time.

In November & December I lost my Dad and a good friend to cancer. It has taken longer than I expected to be able to start focusing on my business again. So thank you for all the kind messages and check ins. I really do have the loveliest couples.

I know some of you may have had to wait longer than my usual turnaround time for your products. I'm now working as hard as possible to make sure I can get those to you in the next two weeks.

I look forward to 2023 being a terrific year for Hello Dawn Photographics, my family and all of you!

I’m sad to have to say that there has been a death in the family. I will still be receiving messages and emails however, won’t be responding until the 16th of November.

The day is here!

10 Years of Reborn Photographics and it has absolutely flown by! I have loved every minute of growing my little business.

I'm so excited for this change. Hello Dawn is a tribute to the family that has supported me for more than the last 10 years. It's also a reminder of how we start each day.
