Amazing weekend in Springsure. For the 50th centenary celebrations of the Australian campdraft association & finals. Huge job. Our biggest event yet. I can safely say we nailed it. Catered for 500 people. It was a great success. To all the crew who helped. We Thankyou. Freddy Brandt you are amazing. You make it all come together. Now the clean up begins. 🥺🥺😊

We’ve been tossing up trying a stuffed baked potato 🥔 in the ovens with all the standard fillings:
🐮 pulled beef
🐷 pulled pork
🧀 grated cheese
🥛 sour cream
🥓 bacon
🍃 spring onion
🍅 capsicum

What fillings/sauces/condiments would you want to see in a stuffed potato?

Charity Ball at comet rodeo grounds in March 2019 for Mental Health Awareness ran by comet rodeo association/committee.

350 roast meals plated and served within 45 minutes. 8 choppers and preparer’s, over 10 runners of the plates.
430am start, fires on by 530am, 10pm finish MASSIVE day, but boy what an experience, all for a good cause!
