At City Cave we are all about supporting our mental and physical wellness. Looking after our mind is just as important as our body for our overall health, wellness and happiness.

We commonly hear clients say they have trouble switching off during their float sessions.

Join Holly for a hour long workshop where she will go through some simple techniques to help you calm your mind.

The techniques that Holly will teach you, will be able to be used anywhere to help you clear your mind and download your thoughts enabling you to get the most out of your City Cave visit.

After the workshop you will be able to put these techniques into practice and enjoy a float/sauna or massage.

City Cave is dedicated to coming up with therapies that can relieve the symptoms of various inflammatory conditions affecting the joints, bones and muscles. The Arthritis Foundation endorses Float Therapy due to its weightlessness and high magnesium concentration that can “work wonders” on arthritis pain! Promoting magnesium in the body can help relax, lubricate and protect muscles and nerve signals in people suffering from Arthritis.

On World Arthritis Day, we think of the millions who experience the inflammation and pain associated with this disease. Raising awareness is a joint effort that will help people become aware of the symptoms urging people to seek an early diagnosis.

Meet Salvo - our newest massage therapist in our team!!

He is a passionate and determined Remedial Massage Therapist with strong love to help anyone in need. He always strives to provide the best care to those he sees.

Salvo is a registered member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association and has a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Australian Institute of Fitness.

Salvo knows the importance of reducing muscle tension, keeping a healthy lifestyle, and creating treatment plans.

He is not currently claimable for health fund rebates but soon will be once he has received notification from the prospective health fund providers.

He is bookable for remedial massage, deep tissue massage and relaxation massage and works on Mondays, Tuesdays and selected Thursdays.
