Some teams come to play — Azure came to compete.

Azure brought their crew back to Banana Life this year for a fresh Game Show experience. A big part of their brief was simple but important:

"A super duper competitive team who pays close attention to scoring!"
So we built the run-sheet, host cues and scoring logic to remove any ambiguity and protect fairness on the day.

Why they run these sessions
Azure use these offsites to pull distributed people into one room, shuffle the teams so people mix beyond their normal silos, and re-engage through something that feels like a treat — not another workshop. The group is very competitive, which means stakes matter. A game that looks “light” still has to be run with operational seriousness.

Outcome
5/5 across all survey questions — hosts, content and ex*****on all landed. The feedback that mattered most: people left feeling re-connected and energised rather than drained.
