‘From the moment we met Kathryn, we knew she was the perfect person to be our celebrant. From our initial meeting, right up to the big day she went above and beyond to make sure that we had our perfect ceremony.
As a celebrant, Kathryn has a beautiful way with words and is a person who is warm and inviting. She loves keeping things light, while making sure that everyone feels comfortable sharing their deepest feelings.

How do you choose the right celebrant?

Choosing a celebrant is something extremely personal and a decision you shouldn’t take lightly. When you think about it, your celebrant is going to be the first point of call at your wedding, they are the ones that set the tone when delivering your ceremony…so choose wisely. Get to know them, look at their website, check out their socials like Instagram, ask a friend who their celebrant was as recommendations go a long way. Get in touch with them and hop on a chat over a zoom or on the phone. Make sure that you feel supported and that they understand the vision and vibe you want for your ceremony.

And don’t be shy - most celebrants are happy to chat completely obligation free, they want to make sure they’re as much as a fit for you and your partner as you are for them. It goes both ways.

We accepted that our guests may like to hear our story, but were always unsure how it would feel like us given we have never felt the need to share so broadly. But it was totally US and that was by your doing.

As far as feedback goes, I’ll return your line and say - you can’t improve on perfection. Paige and I are fairly organised and we were blown away at how seamless everything was. From the planning stage, to supporting my Grandmother, to the ex*****on on the day, it was all done with a level of care and professionalism that in my opinion is rarely seen!
