🚀 We're Hiring: IT Manager (Part-Time, Remote) 🚀
📍 Location: Brisbane (Remote with occasional on-site work)
⏱️ Hours: 20 hours per week
💸 Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum (pro rata)
We're looking for a tech-savvy, motivated IT Manager to help us streamline processes, boost sales, and enhance our customer and contractor experiences.

This role is all about automation, integration, and making our business even more efficient. You’ll work mostly remotely, with occasional on-site visits to get a true feel for our events.
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Automation & Integration: Streamline our processes using Monday.com, Google Workspace, Zapier, and Xero.
📅 Calendar Management: Enhance calendar functionality for our event contractors—think weather updates, SMS notifications, and more.
✉️ Email Automation: Set up follow-up email automation to keep our clients happy and engaged.
📈 Advertising Integration: Use Google Ads and social media tools to increase sales revenue—track and report campaign success.
🛠️ Tool Optimization: Ensure our operations run smoothly with tools like Monday.com and Trainual.
📊 Data Collection: Gather operational data to help us make informed business decisions.
🎬 Occasional Event Support: Help with event setups to understand our business and assist with tech as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
📚 Education & Experience: No extensive experience needed—just enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn!
🧠 Problem Solver: You love troubleshooting and finding solutions on your own.
💻 Tech Skills: Experience with Google Workspace, Zapier, Monday.com, and an interest in automation.
💬 Communication: Great communication skills to work with our team, contractors, and clients.
👍 Attitude: A proactive, adaptable approach with a genuine desire to learn.
