Ever wonder why a honeymoon is called a honeymoon?
I've just read that way, way back, in Babylon, 4,000 years ago, it was the accepted practice, for a month after the wedding, the bride’s father would supply his son-in-law with all the mead he could drink.
Mead was a honey beer, and because their calendar was lunar based, this period was called the “honey month” or what we know today as the honeymoon.

Back to basics - To have a legal Ceremony, a couple are required to have 2 witnesses.
Did you know that anyone can be a witness, yes even family, as long as they are over the age of 18 and can understand English. They are present to hear the exchange of the couples' legal vows and to witness the signing of the three documents.
The witnesses are required to provide their full legal names, including their middle names. No proof of identity is required.
