Another nice day to come out to the beautiful Evedon Lakeside Retreat for the wedding open day.

Just a small display set up today. I’m outside where the outdoor dance floor area, under the grapevine canopy normally is for weddings. Sun coming through the leaves looks like a mirror ball effect.

Enjoy a glass of bubbles on arrival and have a chat to the people of the wedding industry about how we can make your special day one to remember.

Tickets are free but you will need to register with us as tickets are limited.

There are two timeslots available for viewings, 2pm to 4pm and 4pm to 6pm. Maximum of 4 tickets per registration.

Wall up lighting, what is it and why use it?

In a nutshell, LED Par Can Wash Lights that are positioned on the floor pointing upwards towards the ceiling along a wall or other object you wish to highlight.

They can be simply one fixed colour, a combination of fixed colours or if using a DMX controller, a mixture of scrolling colours or patterns, mainly used later for great dance floor atmosphere.

Up lighting creates a nice ambience around the DJ set up or depending how many are used, to a room rather than having harsh white house lighting fully illuminating the room.

For weddings, modern LED lights can usually even be matched to the bridesmaids dress colour or your theme colour.

Please be mindful that LED lighting comes in all forms of quality and brightness and a lot of suppliers are now offering this effect.

While photos often can't really capture the true effect, we have a wide range of high quality LED lighting available to create a perfect atmosphere for your event.
