//THURSDAY NIGHT HIGHLIGHT// 🍇 We catered the MBA ACT House of the Year networking event on Thursday night At Denman Prospect. The lucky winner of the awards was a house on Jamrozik Street called 'The Onyx'. 🏠 What an honour to be involved 🙏 This stunning house has 5 bedrooms, a teenager's retreat downstairs, and the most plush carpet you've ever walked on.. I wanted to take my shoes off and sink my toes into it haha. But alas I had work to do.. We set ourselves up in the Butlers Pantry as good caterers do.. Our Grazing Table for 80 guests sprawled over the 10 seater dining table which was located in the heart of the house. The outside balcony overlooked a stunning view of Canberra looking out towards the lake and Black Mountain.. An entertainers dream balcony - so of course it had outdoor kitchen facilities including wine fridge and built in BBQ 😱 🍗 And to top off a rockstar event, it was lovely to meet blockheads @biancaandcarla from #theblock2018 🧀🥖🍎🍉 We hope everyone enjoyed the spread as much as we enjoyed putting it together 🥂

Our Story

Graze Expectations began in Canberra, ACT and was the created by Kim Allison. Her vision was to bring a new style of event elegance through beautifully curated Grazing Tables for high end private and corporate events. It was clear from the early days that the key to business success was going to be a strong focus on lead generation coupled with excellent customer service. Kim's background in small business, coupled with her husband's creative design skills gave the brand the edge it needed in a crowded catering space. Graze Expectations Grazing Table packages are designed with the customer in mind and provide a fresh and fancy experience for guests by sourcing delicious Artisan cheeses, a range of charcuterie, dips, crackers, locally sourced fresh and dried fruit and nuts as and can usually accommodate any special dietary requests. Some describe it as the Last Supper, with a decadent spread that can reach up to 10 metres of grazing heaven.
