A special Father’s Day breakfast this morning

On a leisurely country drive we stopped and bought some local produce from farmers. This is what I created for an easy dinner using farm fresh produce. Cheesy truffled scrambled eggs with blistered mini Roma tomato and lovely creamy fresh picked avocado…you can’t beat fresh produce and even better when your money goes direct to the farmers. I encourage everyone to head out for a drive and pick up some fresh produce and support our farmers 🥰

Slow cooked beef ribs. I’ve used finely ground Merlo coffee as the base for my rub and a splash of liquid smoke. The end result was a Smokey Coffee flavour melt in your mouth beef rib. So the simple sides of corn on the cob and slaw was all that was needed. Bon Appétit!!
