All our Malaysian meals are truly authentic, with the flavour you only normally get in the very best restaurants (or hawker markets). All hand-cooked by our Singaporean chef so they are real food, not factory-manufactured copies. The spices reveal themselves layer by layer to give true depth of flavour.

With this new Chilli con Carne we've focussed on the depth of flavour, rather than just pure heat. The chef has taken great care to let this gently bubble along whilst cooking, so that all the flavours slowly develop into a rich, deep meaty sauce.

It's packed full of flavour yet milder on spice-heat than you might expect. There's a gradual warmth that builds up on your palate. For those who like it hot, we'd suggest just adding a dash or two of Tabasco or chilli oil to suit your own tastebuds.

This single serve meals is also gluten-free and dairy-free.

Our Steamed Marmalade Pudding is the ultimate comfort food: soft, moist sponge topped with thick custard, and marmalade.

And it's made with only real food: flour, eggs, butter, sugar, cream, vanilla and oranges.

All hand-made by our specialist dessert and bakery chef. Not only the sponge, but also the custard, and even the marmalade (with the oranges from his own farm).

Because of that there are no added numbers, thickeners, emulsifiers or artificial flavours. Only 100% real food ingredients, just like your gran and great-gran would have used.

Our Chicken Korma. A subtle, mild chicken curry that’s packed full of flavour and super-tender chicken. Lighter and a more refined flavour than most curries.

Mughlai cuisine, from the North of India, is known for the richness and aroma of all its dishes. It’s full of flavour due to the use of spices like saffron, cardamom, black pepper and dry fruit and nuts. Chicken Korma is the milder version of Mughlai curry.

Our new Sausages & Mash. All hand-made for us locally with lean grass-fed beef by Canberra's Most Outstanding Butcher. A great comfort classic that's been elevated to a new level.

To guarantee quality and taste our premium sausages are all hand-made specially for us by the wonderful Red Hill Butchers in Canberra. (Winner of the 2024 Most Outstanding Butcher award at the Local Business Awards.) They're made from pure, lean Aussie grass-fed beef.

The mash is also completely hand-made from scratch. While most kitchens use reconstituted potato, potato flakes, instant potato mix, etc, our chefs use real, whole potatoes - which they roast in the oven. They then scrape the cooked potato out, run it through a mouli to make sure it’s extra smooth, and then add cream, butter, salt & pepper. That’s it.

Our chefs also make our own gravy, using our own beef stock. And then they add onions and green peas.

Making your own sausages, mash and onion gravy at home takes a lot of work and time (and saucepans). Now you can eat it whenever you want - not fuss, no work, no waiting.....
