Hey guys Sean here 👋🏾 this week we enter our 11th end of year HMA concert. We started these to simply give students an opportunity to get on the stage, whether it’s in front of 10 people or 1000 the experience is a great life tool to have. Much like public speaking it takes lots of practice for your confidence to build. Some times you will come off that stage feeling a million bucks and sometimes the experience won’t be so good but each one is needed - throw it in your book of memories/learn from it and go again.. even if music isn’t the end goal you will be better off for getting up and giving it a crack!!! Remember : nerves are fine everyone gets a little nervous (especially the mums 🤪) but if you have practiced your song back to front nothing can go wrong - once you walk on that stage and the music starts you are the star in that moment - own it. All the support is welcome - tickets are still available 🎟

Is it too late for Happy New Year? Well it sure is a happy one for us HMA turns 10 years old this year 🥳
And let us kick off our first celebration by announcing a new member to the Hit Makers family - Alex Samulenok. A principal vocalist for the Victorian State Schools with 2 x Music Minors at Monash University. Alex is a soulful Melbourne artist who is a regular on the live music circuit - most importantly she’s super fun and we are very excited for her to start teaching at HMA Cheltenham in term 1 💪🏼🥇

Also a huge welcome back to Lyn and Georgia who is now our Saturday teacher!!! Heaps happening can’t wait to see you all soon 🏆

HMA Concerts and Unsigned Nights have launched some of Melbourne’s best rising stars. Getting on stage and performing is one of the best life experiences you can have, it takes courage and whether you think it’s a great performance or not each time is building your confidence as a singer and in life.

Well it’s the news we’ve been waiting to share for some time now.

HMA would like to welcome our newest mentor and singing coach Georgia Sustenance!

Georgia started in 2013 as one of our first ever students, since then it’s been amazing to watch her grow into the seasoned vocalist she is today:

🏆 Shared the stage with Kate Ceberano 2019

🏆 Works alongside Lisa Maxwell (Vocal Coach - Cheltenham Secondary)

🏆 Assistant Ballet Teacher - Beau Rock Ballet

🏆 Currently co-writing new music with Mack Moses for her own solo project
