We're on the lookout for an event contractor to step into a role as our Attraction Team Leader to oversee our exciting dinosaur-themed attraction, DinoBounce! 🦕 Located at 📍 29 Brindley Street Dandenong South

Details:
📅 Weekend Hours: Sat & Sun, 9am-3pm (& Thurs/Fri for school holidays)
🛠️ Occasional Midweek Days: For maintenance, admin duties and casual sessions
👥 Manage a small team of casuals
✅ Safety & operations training provided

Ideal role is Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, with busy weeks often requiring a 4 day week 💪🏻

Requirements:
🩹 First Aid Certificate
👶 Working with Children’s Check
🔄 Oversee setup, packdown, and monitor activities
🌐 Weekly invoicing via ABN

Our thoughts are with all those affected by the floods. Devastating times 🥹

As you are aware the situation in Shepparton has reached a critical point and it is not safe to stage the Shepparton Cup this weekend 21-23 October 2022.

Our top priority is to support the Greater Shepparton City Council , the local authorities and their residents at this stage. The same members of staff who would normally be making arrangements for the event in the way of preparing the grounds and amenities are in the process of emergency response ensuring residents are kept safe and helping salvage their homes and businesses.

We are committed to hosting the event this year, once the situation has improved, we will be liaising with Greater Shepparton City Council and all stakeholders to find a suitable date and we will give you as much notice as possible.

We understand any date that is selected will not suit everyone that is currently registered; we will work through putting a process in place to deal with this as seamlessly as possible and will provide an update later in the week.

Please understand that over the next 48 hours, we will be liaising with all our contractors, event crew, sponsors, partners and local providers to postpone the event. We won't be able to answer your call, please send any queries by email and we will aim to provide you with a response within 48 hours.

As a small family business, we understand the devastating impact of not having this event in the town of Shepparton, especially for the third consecutive year. It is one of the biggest sporting events on their calendar and most local businesses were already prepared and geared up for it.

Please contact your accommodation provider or any other provider(s) to make them aware of the situation. Please try contacting online first before phoning through, businesses are currently experiencing high volume of enquiries and will be able to get back to you as soon as possible.

Our thoughts are with the people of Shepparton and the surrounding areas during this difficult time.

Yesssss guys! We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to come and get involved with our range of sports inflatables 🎉

Its a very fun and active role, engaging with little humans, often playing sports and sharing a laugh... Creating an inviting experience for all ⚽🏀🏉

🆒 A working with children's card is essential
🆒 First aid is desirable (pay incentives)
🆒 Experience playing/coaching sports is desirable
🆒 Own transportation is desirable

Tasks include but aren't limited to;
🚨 Keeping an eye on the kids playing on the activities
🚨 Assisting with setup and packdown
🚨 General cleaning tasks

Events are all over Victoria and hopefully interstate opportunities will be coming through soon enough to!

The next 2 major events are in Craigieburn & South Melbourne, dates:

We are looking for a pair of hands to assist at a festival tomorrow in Mt Martha, The Briars.

Working with children's card is essential.

Hours are flexible, the event runs from 12pm - 6pm.

On going work at a variety of different events throughout the year, for the right person.

A passion for sports is desired as I have a range of sports Inflatables. Longer hours available if you'd like to assist with setup and packdown although not essential.
