We’re looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at Glen Erin at Lancefield, one of the Macedon Ranges’ most prestigious conference and wedding venues.

About you:
-Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery
-Ability to work within a dedicated kitchen team
-Demonstrated experience in a premium restaurant and function venue/s
-Creative and passionate approach to the provision of high-quality cuisine
-Full knowledge of Australian food safety and HACCP
-Availability to work weekends as required within a rotating roster
-Well presented, reliable and punctual
-Live within one hour’s drive of Lancefield, VIC
