A closer look at the moody toned floral bundle. Each package also come with floraguppy vase inserts that make creating your own vase arrangements soooo easy, and your stems can be used again and again.

I always use pieces from this colour range in my christmas table and garlands. A couple of this coloured bundles sold last night but I have a few left.

CLOSING DOWN SALE!

Hello all :) School holidays and I have finally had time to go back to the studio and organise my remaining stock for closing down sale. I have sorted all the florals and foliage into 5 colour themes and have multiples of each colour bundle.

Each Bundle is $150 and for that you get LOADS of goodies - a large box full of premiums florals, a tray full of textures and small foliage and a large tin of premium foliage that matches the theme. Each bundle differs slightly but has the same value and number of stems.

These are perfect for some DIY wedding florals - be it bouquets or table and arbour pieces - but are also great for home arrangements, craft, Christmas tables etc.

I also have a range of bridal bouquets for sale at clearance prices.

Message me if you are keen to take anything, and please share!

Pick up Wamuran is definitely preferred - and priority will be given to those who can pick up - but postage may be available (it's just tricky and I'm super time poor).

Schools back tomorrow. Good luck to all those starting big school, or high school. Or those just nervous to get back into school mode.

Tomorrow is Oscar's first day of high school, yet another year of distance Ed for us. His grade 7 will start with headsets and microphones in our home classroom - connecting to his teachers in Cairns, and his classmates from all over Australia and beyond.

Elsie is beginning year 3, and excited to see where in the world her new classmates live. Last year she had friends attending class from Japan, some in the outback, one lived on a boat, and one in Iraq, (though he usually has to watch the replay because when he join live it was 1.30am for him!).

Caring for vulnerable people in a world that has given up protecting vulnerable people from Covid is hard and isolating. But we make the most of the strange life we find ourselves in, and all we can do is our best x

Hi Friends! Long time no post (last November – how is it August already!)

As many of you already know I have had to put most of my business on hold this year and am not quite sure if and when I will resume. ( I will still be making some faux florals for the amazing crew at Sunshine Coast Pop Up Weddings – just no longer taking bookings privately. )

With covid exploding this year and both the kids lungs still awful we made the very tough call to pull them from their wonderful school this year and enroll them into Distance Education.

After a false start in a DE school that was a terrible fit, followed by 3 months of reluctant home schooling I am trying to blot from my memory – they are finally settle at the Cairns School of Distance Education – who have been brilliant.

It is however very much my new full time job. Teacher aide to grade 2 and 6 in our little home classroom, I am mum, ASD therapist, Office manager, typer of timetables, tuckshop lady, HPE teacher – and then after hours player of Minecraft and Games to help enrich their pretty limited lives.

It is pretty full on – but it can also be great, and we really are doing ok in our much simpler life.

I haven’t posted in so long as I felt bad saying no to all order requests while posting pictures of rescheduled weddings I was still making. But Tomorrow my last bride will pick up the last custom order I have made, after 5 years and many many weddings.
I have so many beautiful pictures I have yet to share, so I figured I am just going to start sharing some again, if for no other reason to remind myself of some of the many many special moments I was honored to play a small part of.

And at some point I many have a sale of some bespoke bouquets I have designed for the store I don’t quite have time to open any more. Anyway – I just wanted to post hello (and goodbye )

You're a wizard Harry'

Oscar is reading the Harry Potter books at the moment and hogwarts is everything at our household right now. For Halloween we made Harry Potter wands out of chopsticks and today I used one of our wands to make this Deathly Hallows Christmas wreath for their playroom.

We even made a golden snitch out of an old Christmas bell, a broken gold brooch we had in our treasures and some gold tipped feathers from the junk shop.

It was 20 years yesterday since the release of Harry Potter and the philosophers stone, and I don't think I will ever outgrow it.

Hello! I finally have the admin control of my page back after I was hacked and all the restrictions taken off my account! I'm so sorry for the messages I missed while I was locked out, but I've finally got full access again and will work through what I missed. While I'm still not open for new custom bookings I have been busy behind the scenes Making some super pretty things for the shop. I still have a few rescheduled weddings I want to give my full attention to first before I open, but I am pretty excited with what I've been creating in the studio 🌿🌿🌿

Hi everyone - so it seems my hackers have now removed me from admin of my page and made themselves admin 😞 I am able to write this as my husband is a page editor, but they may delete him also soon. I just wanted to let you know not to msg me on here until I fix it - and I may possibly have to start again with another page. My Instagram is now separated from this page, so if your are on Insta follow me there and dm if you need. Frustrating as hell but Facebook are not very responsive so it not sure what else I can do at this stage (anyone has any ideas let me know!)
