What better way to kick off an incredible 2025 than by sharing one of the biggest and most unforgettable weddings of 2024? Nearly 300 guests gathered to celebrate the love story of the beautiful Behrakis couple.

This was truly one for the books—a big, fat Greek-Australian wedding honoring two of the most kind-hearted, grateful souls I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

Their day was overflowing with heartfelt touches that reflected their unique personalities and the deep love they share with their families. From incorporating Ella’s late father’s handwriting into the stationery and signage (a beautiful collaboration with my darling Hannah ) to the traditional Greek music and instruments that paid homage to their heritage, every detail was a masterpiece.

A surprise choreographed dance by Ella’s mum and friends that left the couple completely floored—they had no idea what was coming and embraced every second of it with pure joy. What a time!!!

What a year—both personally and professionally.

It’s been exhausting yet rewarding, challenging yet full of growth. The highs and lows of running a business come with their own unique rhythm, and this year was no exception.

Recently, someone asked me to describe my role. Sure, we design and plan all the things, but there’s so much behind-the-scenes work that simply can’t be captured in a tidy checklist.

What I do know is this: nothing happens alone. Behind every event is an extraordinary team of people who make the magic possible:

- The crew who put in marathon hours without a single complaint.
- The ones who step in so I can catch my breath when I’m at my limit.
- The fixers, the heavy lifters, the problem-solvers—the ones who tackle the impossible and say yes to every job, big or small.
- The friends who show up, no questions asked.
- My husband, who backs every dream and idea.
- And my family, who make it possible to juggle running businesses while raising our beautiful kids.

This is the invisible team behind the scenes, doing the invisible work so every wedding feels effortless. They keep the wheels turning and the momentum alive, showing up again and again without fail.

Dear Leone is a collective effort, and I’m endlessly grateful for every single person who pours their heart into what we do for our couples.

So here’s to them—and here’s to 20 random highlights I found on my phone in 20 minutes, captured somewhere between toddler interruptions and the chaos of life.

Thanks for being part of this journey over the years and for taking us to so many extraordinary places and people. Here’s to what’s next.

Piermont holds such a special place in my heart. It’s where my husband and I have been able to escape with our’own kids, slow down, and switch off from the world. So when Laura and Alex chose Piermont for their wedding, I was immediately on board— sharing a place that means so much to me with them and their people.

What I wish for all of our couples is this: to feel like you’re a world away, to be surrounded by incredible food, stunning ceremony moments, and to feel so loved on and cared for that you don’t have to stress about a thing.

And speaking of people being taken care of- swipe to the last slide to see the sweetest little vendor table for and I? Cute AF.
If this isn’t a sign of how your experience will feel, I don’t know what is!

The Fergussons.

Sophie and Will aren’t just each other’s home—they married on the family’s stunning Grindstone Bay farmland, a place where three generations of Fergussons have lived, loved, and looked out over the ocean along Tasmania’s east coast.

Their wedding was a true labor of love, with family banding together—even building a new road just for the occasion.

This day was infused with all of the black-tie chic, from the sleek black marquee and checkered dance floor under the stars to a curtain of fairy lights but most of all, the best company.
